About this product
Alpine designed its Status System components for high-resolution audio playback. Their Status Series digtial receiver, amp, speakers, and subs were designed to work together and play your 192kHz/24bit digital music streaming files with high-quality, studio-level purity and sonic fidelity. Your car's multi-speaker high-resolution audio system needs lots of power and precise tuning to sound its best - and Alpine's HDP-D90 Status Series amplifier and digital processor provide it with stylish good looks plus practical integration and find-tuning feature. You won't believe how many more details you'll hear that were missing in your music before installing this amplifier, thanks to its high-fidelity digital inputs and sound processing. The amp provides eight output channels of 50 watts RMS each, plus four channels of 80 watts RMS each - each with a wide, high-definition frequency response that improves your music's realism and presence. It's perfect for powering front tweeters, midrange, and mid-bass components, rear full-range speakers, plus a couple of subwoofers from bridged channels - or whatever other combinations you can dream up. If you're leaving the factory stereo intact, all the audio functions that were available in your system will still work after upgrading the power of each individual speaker by routing the factory signals through the amplifier. The HDP-D90 can handle pre-processed factory signals up to 80 watts per channel, so even your vehicle's premium amplified system can be upgraded without losing features. The HDP-D90 features 14 channels of digital sound processing (DSP) controlled by Alpine's HDP DSP tuning app running on your laptop or PC, or their HDP-D90 mobile phone tuning app via Bluetooth connection to your device. Each channel features sophisticated sound contols, including a 31-band EQ, a wide variety of crossover filters, phase control, and time delay.
Key Feature
The HDP-D90 features an ultra-wide Hi-Res Audio bandwidth of 10Hz to 110kHz. Very low phase shift and distortion ensure high-quality static performance and great imaging.
Key Feature
It runs an internal sampling rate of 192kHz / 24bit and features a 14-Ch 31-band P-EQ, 3-Way X- Overs, and 12-Ch digital time correction with 7mm steps adjustment.
Key Feature
The copper-plated chassis and other features bring the signal-to-noise ratio to >110dB.
Key Feature
This means that a high degree of precision is required between the Head Unit, which sends the digital music data, and the DSP Amplifier, which receives the data and performs the sound tuning.
Key Feature
The Alpine Status system uses an extremely high precision clock, having the same high specifications as top-grade home audio components, for both the Head Unit and the DSP Amplifier, ensuring the most compatible and accurate data transmission.

Following in the footsteps of ARC Audio’s PS8-50 DSP amplifier would be a tough act for any product engineer. Yet, the engineers at ARC Audio have taken the evolutionary step in engineering technology, in-house design, overall sound quality and performance with the ARC Audio Blackbird DSP Amplifier. The Blackbird comes in an OEM-location, installation-friendly chassis design, sized the exact same as its predecessor, the PS8-50. Equipped with all the latest advancements, features, and acoustically transparent benefits of ARC Audio’s Pro Series DSP platform, the Blackbird will easily fit under a seat or in a storage compartment of almost any vehicle. Capable of over 1,000 Watts of combined power across 8 channels of bridgeable amplifier speaker outputs, the Blackbird delivers between 75W – 250W of power per channel (depending on your configuration). As with all ARC Audio amplifier models, these power ratings are continuous power ratings (real music power ratings) and are conservatively rated assuring you get more power than the published rating. 8-Channels @ 4-Ohms (Ch 1-8): 75 Watts 8-Channels @ 2-Ohms (Ch 1 - 8): 125 Watts 4-Channel @ 4-Ohms (Ch 1-4 Bridged): 250 Watts Amplifier Frequency Response: 10Hz - 30kHz Fuse: 3 x 30 Amp DSP: Built In Processor Resolution: Fixed Point Native 32-Bits Sample Rate: 96kHz/192kHz Analog Inputs: 8 ch.
