My delivery guys were the best! They were helpful and supportive despite complications with the product. But they knew what to do and stayed with it until I was completely happy.

The contractor set up installer did a good job. However, the problem was Best Buy delivery team . The delivery team would not take it to the second floor, I was told it was due to liability reasons. It was dropped off at my garage and I was responsible for getting it to the second floor. All they had to do was open the box, and take it up in sections. I had to get some friends and do it myself. Had I known this on the front end I would have purchased it elsewhere. Once again the installer did a wonderful job.

The installation never happened and I’m unable to get a refund. The treadmill was delivered but not installed. Installation couldn’t happen until December (I purchased in August) so I had it delivered. But Best Buy will not refund the installation fee. Now after paying $300 for an installation that never happened, I’m putting the treadmill together myself.

While the install was accompanied as scheduled, the setup was faulty. The exercise bike did not function correctly. I called Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacturer to resolve the problem. The company sent a local tech person who discovered a i ternal plug was installed incorrectly! So much for the faulted "geek squad" from Best Buy. The delay cost me two weeks to resolve the problem which the $300 fee makes me uncomfortable from buying again from Best Buy.

The Heavy Large Fitness Equipment Installation service was quite efficient. The technicians were skilled and managed to set up my bulky gym equipment with precision. They were punctual and professional, ensuring everything was installed safely and correctly. However, there's room for improvement in terms of scheduling flexibility. Overall, a 4-star experience for their expertise and efficient service.

This was very expensive, as a total tech member I still had to pay $299 plus tip. I was under the impression the installers would know the product but it turned out that this commercial grade treadmill was their first. It almost appeared as if they didn't want to even try bringing it down to the basement. I measured everything and did my pre delivery work. After a back and forth and me agreeing with Best Buy that I would take the risk of any damage they moved it down. With no problem at all. The crew was very friendly and worked quickly after we finally came to an agreement to have it moved to the basement.

I like the fact that the team cleans up well afterwards, removing all boxes and debris, setting the machine effortlessly and testing it before leaving.

We purchased an Elliptical machine from Best Buy. We paid nearly $300 to have it delivered and set up thinking a fitness company or person would set it up for us. We had to wait nearly 6 weeks before it could be delivered and the delivery company was just a third party delivery company with no fitness equipment experience or set up knowledge. They put our elliptical together and left with no information or how to use or set up our machine, a little disappointing for the time it took to schedule the delivery and the price we paid.

The dreadmill itself is ok but, the tablet sucks. If the tablet is not working, you are not able to ise the treadmill. Had to return it because it just bad.

So glad I got this service. Equipment was heavy and it would of been hard for us to set up. Especially, moving it to the basement. Personal was great and profesional. They made sure equipment was working correctly.

The gentlemen who installed were on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The equipment was placed where we requested and no damage to personal property. They showed us before leaving and made sure to assist us on setting up and were helpful. Thank you.

Very frustrating to learn the Centr3 home gym didn’t have a home install option. It wasn’t offered during purchase and I clearly missed it in the small notes near the item details. I purchased the assembly after the initial transaction and had a date set by BestBuy. A crew showed up as expected to inform me they weren’t the “big equipment” team and I was forced to reschedule. During the phone call to set up a second day of assembly, I received an email stating I was refunded and an obscure message saying they didn’t offer it. Perplexed, I called back again (3rd time at nearly an hour each time of conversations) to get it set up. While I was refunded, I paid a second time for the assembly. Took my second day of work off waiting for the team. I was notified 2 hrs after the scheduled appointment that it was set up in error and the service was in fact not available. Frustrated that there was a massive disconnect between sales and what services were offered (while still partly my fault) it I’m out two days of vacation and stuck assembling myself. I’ve had overwhelmingly successful and happy transactions with BestBuy…This was anything but. I get to look forward to another 60m+ to escalate this based on my lost vacation days.

The install company cancelled twice, they told us this last time 2 hours after they were supposed to be here that they waited at Best Buy for the treadmill to be brought out to them, it never came out so they just left. We still have no treadmill. Still waiting for some resolution, refund or anyone to actually call us and make take some kind of action.

The install people didn’t impress me. They were two guys, one was older and other was young. The young guy was brat. The way he was opening the box was scary. I thought my treadmill will have scratches. He was tearing things apart like anything and throwing things around. I kept quite and let them do their work. bad experience because these people don’t understand how much I have to save to buy these expensive treadmills and then don’t value them. They don’t value the customer. However I tipped them, may be they are good to someone else.
