Both knives are extremely sharp. Whether thin slicing or slabs, I am extremely pleased.

I watch Hell’s Kitchen Gordon Ramsay gives the contestants a set of henckle knives: so these were on sale and I thought that was a good price I needed them and so I thought I’d try them and they are awesome. The only thing is that they are very very sharp, so I keep them in the box they came in. Very, very sharp.

Light way set of knifes. at a very affordable price will defiantly recommend them to anybody they feel good on the hand.

Should be a great gift from her husband to a woman who has multiple knife sets, but now a set of her own kitchen/chef looking cuttery as seen on foid channel shows which make her want better than a few sets of wedding as anniversarys sets.
