This bike performs well. Goes up hills with ease. Plenty of torque. The display is pretty nice. I have put almost 200 miles on it in the past week and a half since I bought it. Every time I'm out someone stops me to ask about it. The assembly was pretty easy and didn't take long. Overall it's a great bike. The brakes are good enough for me but most people think they are a little weak. The brakes were out of adjustment out of the box. I had to YouTube how to adjust them. They were rubbing and making allot of noise when not even using them. They are a little noisy when using which will make people turn there head. The seat is pretty uncomfortable. You will probably want to replace it. It will probably be my first upgrade. I average about 22 miles per charge. That is mostly using throttle so don't expect anything close to the advertised because it is a pretty small battery. I would like a second one but they are sold out. Hopefully they will have batteries again. This bike is a lot of fun. I use it on almost a daily basis.

I didnt know an ebike could be so much fun! I ride just to ride because its so thereaputic. Speed is 28mph, I messed with the settings and was able to unlock 31mph. That is plenty fast. Going uphill is easy for me at 170lbs. Depending on the incline it will top out around 10 to 15 mph. Pedal assist definitely helps going uphill also i advise you use it to save your motor. Headlight is bright amd horn is ok. Brake lights are a huge plus. The cons .... Brakes are not very good. You will stop but you need ample time to do so. They are also squeaky. The other con is the seat is not that comfortable. After an hour ride you feel it forsure but you can always get a more comfortable one. Overall i love this bike and will be buying another.

I was hesitant but but I couldnt be happier with my bike. I get 30 miles at 24mph in throttle only mode and it doesnt matter what terrain you ride on. It tops out at 29.5mph. The brakes and gears are on the cheaper end but I knew this beforehand The motor however is powerful enough for whatever. I want to buy another for my son so we can ride the trails together. Such a blast. Just keep it slow at first because there is a little learning curve. The peddle assist will throw you forward when you dont want it to so make sure you are in 0 when you stop at crosswalks or any other danger area. I have discovered so much that I wouldnt have ever seen if it wasnt for the HeyBike..

I cannot express in words how much I love this bike. First, the breaks aren’t great. Second this bike is great anyway. Great speed, good range, the stock seat is comfortable, it is not too bad to put together. But I just can’t ride this bike enough. The shocks are great for city riders smoothing out curbs and potholes. I have 400 miles on mine and it seems to be holding up fine. I would definitely recommend this bike and I would buy this bike again.

Absolutely love this thing. Ships with throttle restricted to 20mph. Can be adjusted in settings to hit around 28 in pedal assist. Wish the brakes were hydraulic at those speeds. Shipping was two days and no damage; however rear tire had lower tire pressure than the front did. No leaks in it and I found the ride actually a little more comfortable lowering it some in the rear. Double check the spacing on the brake pads in the calipers. Mine were both running a little but was a quick adjustment. Battery will drain after like 2 hours of riding at max speed; however, I like pedal assist 2 mode(13-15ish) it’ll make it almost the whole 48. I suggest a bag for the rack. I keep bungees in it. Use the bike often to run to the store to grab small items and to the gas station to get a bundle of firewood to bungee down to the rack. Works fine. I’ve bungees fishing poles and gear to it and road right along the river fishing. The off road is amazing. Definitely purchase a handlebar bike mirror for the left side if you are in the US. I got a meachow brand that folds so when I bring it in for the night or lock it next to other bikes it’s not dinging around. I really wish I would have purchased two. I just hit the 250 mile mark on the odometer and have barely had it a month and a half. It is a lot bigger in person. I’m 5’8” and just barely raised the seat so I can get the suspension feel in the ride and I can hardly reach the ground full vertical. Folding is fun but it’s so heavy (90lbs) I don’t bother much easier to use the handle to lift it while it’s not folded.

I absolutey love Heybike Mars 2.0, its the oerfect size for a bike frame and sits comfortably. The bikes assembly was quiet straightforward and did not take up too much time. Following the instructions made the assembky alot easier since i was able to watch a short and concise video about how to build it. The ride is quite nice as well bery smooth with the fat tires and offers soace with rear rack. I also really appreciate the ability to locate my bike through the Heybike app and adjust the speeds as needed. I will likely stay with Heybike as they have very reliable and durable products!!

After watching many positive YouTube reviews of the Heybike Mars 2.0 e-bike, I’m glad I made the decision to use my Best Buy rewards to offset the cost of the bike and order the blue one. The bike was shipped in a few days, and Heybike put as much engineering thought into protecting the bike in shipping as much they did in the bike itself. That’s to say, the bike was well protected in the shipping process. Taking my time, the bike to about one hour to assembly in the garage. I took my time in assembling the bike to avoid scratching the awesome paint job or damaging anything by putting it together incorrectly. I used a combination of my Icon Harbor Freight tools and the tools that came with the bike. I put it together myself, but if you have a helper, the assembly might go a little easier. The build quality and quality of the bike’s components (e.g., the battery) are in-line with the price point of the bike. I’m perfectly happy with the quality of the bike given its price. Riding the bike is a blast…zippy! This is my first e-bike, and it took a little getting used to it after coming from conventional mountain bikes/10-speeds. I downloaded the app to my iPhone and configured the power assist levels to my liking. I’m 5’10” with a 30-inch inseam and weigh about 230 lbs. The bike fits me just fine after adjusting the seat height and handlebars to my liking.

This is my first electric bike, and the out-of-the-box experience was surprisingly simple. However, there were a few issues. The chain wasn’t on the sprocket, and the derailer had a broken barrel, preventing me from successfully changing gears. I took the bike to a shop, and they informed me that the derailer was also bent. I noticed a dent in my battery, which I suspect was caused by the derailer being crushed by the battery. Despite these problems, I’m giving the bike a five-star rating because after making the necessary repairs, it’s completely worth it. The bike is a great experience, and I love it. It performs all the advertised functions. I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking to get into an electric bike at a reasonable price.

I love the bike!! Doesn’t take long to put together! But trouble shooting is a lil complicated. Best Buy is good at fixing or replacing things but e-bikes aren’t something they fix. So they just replace it. Bike is cool, fast and has a long mile range!! I love it..

Moving from the jetson bolt pro to this heybike mars 2.0 is night and day. Lots of power, plenty of torque and speed. Im 240lbs and it has no issue getting up over 26mph. Good sespension, smooth over the bumps. App worked great for all the adjustment settings as well. Thanks

Not as great as i though it be and it is a good product but u fortunate for me didnt get the experience i wouldve hoped it be… i bought this bike August 24 last hear n have gone thru some issues and i was ok with it n now the battery went bad. According to their policy they can only back up the product for one year, says alot about the quality of the product.. i have tried to make it right with their customer support team n according to them as a sign of good faith they can sell me a new battery for 399 and waive the 100dls shipping charger insted of them saying.. we know theres a issue with the battery life n quality we can try to make it eight for u, but instead they been trying to upsell larts rather than back up their product.. sad to say their battery life is far short than a car battery and even more expensive.. when i bought the bike they changed their policy but did not had updated their policy online when u purchase their bike thru other means that cuts the warranty by half but they woulnt honor that even by false advertisement.. was gonna buy mars 3.0 or even other bike from them but my experience have made me go the opposite way due to their lack of backing their product n quality.

Love love love ! 300 miles in three months and ran into my first problem that neither company will fix . 5 Female tooth , battery port connector on the battery has folded in on itself and won’t make a connection. Slid the battery in and it wouldn’t slide in like normal . Seems the male connector shoved the female plate into the battery and destroyed it . Definitely a manufacturing issue that they are aware of but chose not to fix or cover under any warranty . But they will offer the parts to buy fix it yourself . Learn as much as you can about this bike if you want it long term . It needs maintenance like any other vehicle .

I like it that it's foldable that you can take it anywhere. The removable battery has USB port that you can charge your phone or any gadgets if you need to. I'm only using it going to the gym and battery charge last up to 1week. It has front post suspension and suspension seat post making it a huge difference on a bumpy roads. It has 7 speed shifter but I normally just use up to 4 since I find it already fast enough for me to go around. It has small LED screen where you can track your speed and volts to keep track of your battery. I likes the light but I just find the front light too high that it doesn't focuses on the road. It's also good for steep hill. I'm very satisfied with this Ebike.

Excellent E-bike. Has very good speed but does not have that far of a range. Throttle only on high speeds(28mph) I get about 10-13 Miles of range. I recommend it!

This bike exceeded my expectations. The frame is lightweight yet feels very durable on different types of terrain. The gear shifts are precise, and the seat is much more comfortable than I expected for longer rides. It was very easy to finish assembling right out of the box.

The mars bike came mostly assembled and finishing was not hard at all. It even came with all the tools needed. I’ve tested around the hills near me and this bike has lots of power. It’s nicely finished even with leather handgrips that are very comfortable.
