Awesome scooter! My son uses this to get around his college campus. Saves him a ton of time and energy. The scooter has great speed and the battery has been good!

HiBoy S2 SE scooter is very stylist for college kids. This scooter is acceptable to University of California, Riverside school UL guideline. My daughter uses it to go from one class to another building. She also scooter outside her campus. This scooter can be charged safely inside her dorm. Don't forget to get a lock.

Purchased in Sept. 2025. Scooter rides and operates very well. But, I have had two (2) blown rear tires in less than one (1) year. Let's hope HiBoy honors their 1 year full warranty on this second tire....! If not, I did get the Geek Squad protection plan for 2 years.

Good quality a little heavier than expected but durable battery takes 6 hours to fully charge but will die in less than 1 hr and half of riding lights are good and bright 220 lb max is accurate does struggle on uphill riding and brakes very well great for a commute that’s less than a hour to and from

This scooter is awesome! Definitely goes 19mph and drives for a long time on a single charge. Struggles on hills if your not a smaller kid but its still great! It can haul 200 pounds no problem. Would be much better with disk brakes but that's my only negative on the scooter. Brakes are great for a day or 2 but after that it gets more difficult to stop quickly.

I’ve been using this scooter for my daily commute and it’s been smooth, reliable, and easy to fold and store. It rides comfortably and feels stable on regular city roads. For getting around town, it’s been a great fit. What really impressed me was the customer service. I had a setup question at the beginning and reached out to support. Instead of just sending a generic reply, their team responded quickly, provided a step-by-step video, and even offered phone support. When I called, the representative patiently walked me through everything and made sure I fully understood the adjustments. You can tell there’s an actual team behind this product, not just automated responses. That level of support gave me a lot of confidence in the brand. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the scooter and the service. It’s reassuring to know help is there if you need it.

Good ride experience with pneumatic tire. Cons: No zero start (kick only) No app support (no digital lock, all analog)

It's very beautiful, fast and with an ideal weight for the size but I don't know if it's because of the hot weather in the state but it overheated and turned off.

This scooter has been an absolute blast. I use the scooter for commuting to and from work. And it always works well. However, I do reccomend caution when using. It is not something I would reccomend to someone who does not have prior motorized experience. Other than that, great scooter.

Bought it for my son to get around his college campus and he says he loves it! His furthest class from his dorm is 1.2 miles in 100 degree heat right now and it sure beats walking lol!

Great scooter...using for getting around campus. Only negative is the S2 SE is not app compatible.

No problems had since December. 13 year old enjoys the freedom.

The scooter arrived as advertised in an undamaged box. It took less than 5 minutes to unbox and install two screws for the handle. All the lights work well for night time riding and the scooter handles well on the road. Did not know when purchased that it also has an app for your phone that you can change settings and light colors. I will definitely be purchasing another one.
