Customer Ratings & Reviews

I didn’t expect the Hiboy S3 to feel this easy to ride at first, but after using it for a few trips, what really stood out to me was how natural and comfortable it felt. The acceleration is smooth, so it doesnt jerk forward when you start, which made me feel a lot more confident, especially in areas where I needed to slow down or be more careful around people. One thing I noticed during the ride is that it feels more stable than I expected on normal city roads, even when going over small cracks or uneven pavement. It's not just about speed, it's more about how easy it is to control and how relaxed the overall ride feels. For short commutes or quick trips, it just feels practical and low-stress, which is honestly what I want most from an electric scooter.

An excellent game for my kids; I use it too, to go to the mailbox.

I’ve been using the Hiboy S3 for a couple of weeks, and it has exceeded my expectations. The scooter feels sturdy, accelerates smoothly, and is easy to control even for someone who doesn’t have much experience with electric scooters. The folding design makes it convenient to carry and store, and the battery life has been more than enough for my daily commute and short errands. I also appreciate the bright headlight and responsive brakes, which make riding feel safer in the evening. What impressed me most is the overall value. It offers a comfortable ride, decent speed, and reliable performance at a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for an affordable scooter for commuting or casual rides around town, I would definitely recommend the Hiboy S3.

I’ve been really impressed with my Hiboy scooter. It’s easy to ride, has great battery life, and feels sturdy even on longer trips. The acceleration is smooth, the ride is comfortable, and it’s been a reliable way to get around. Great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it!

I picked this up during a sale because I wanted something for short rides around my neighborhood, and it's been exactly what I needed. I mostly use it to grab groceries, pick up food, or just get outside for a little while without taking my car. It feels sturdy, and after a few rides I got comfortable with the controls pretty quickly. The folding feature is also nice since I can store it in a corner without it taking up much space. The battery has been more than enough for the kind of riding I do, and I haven't run into any issues so far. If you're looking for a simple scooter for everyday use, this one gets the job done.

I’ve been using this scooter to get to work and run small errands, and it’s honestly made getting around a lot easier. The scooter feels durable and balanced while riding, and I didn’t have any problems learning how to use it. The throttle response is smooth, and it maintains speed nicely on flat roads. I also like that it doesn’t feel too heavy when folding and carrying it indoors. The battery has been reliable for my daily use, and I usually still have charge left after riding around for a while. The headlights and brake lights are a nice touch for riding in the evening, and the deck feels wide enough to stand comfortably during longer rides. It’s also quieter than I expected, which makes the ride more relaxing. For anyone looking for an affordable electric scooter that’s simple, dependable, and comfortable for everyday travel, this one does the job really well.

Very easy to set up my 13 year old daughter did it herself without the instructions. It's perfect for one person, don't exceed the weight limit though because my daughter did that with a friend on the back and it just goes a little slower than it's capable of in the battery depletes a little faster. But other than that if you follow the guidelines it's absolutely perfect and Zip's all around long lasting battery. We liked it so much we went and bought another one a week later so she can bring a friend along when she goes on her scooter.

For being able to go so far is great. If your over 150, dont try to go up a steeper slope, it will struggle. But apart from not going on a steep incline. It is fun, handles well, makes you feel like a kid again. If you live close to a grocery store, i find myself throwing on a backpack and picking up the basics or a snack. Without having to get in my car! Its awesome.

I had a small issue when I first received my Hiboy S3 because I thought the screws were missing. I contacted Hiboy customer service, and they were very patient and quickly explained that the screws were actually inside the small tool bag, which was packed together with the charger inside the foam. It turned out I had simply missed them when I first opened the box, so that was my mistake. Luckily, the issue was solved right away. After getting everything set up, the scooter has been working great and feels like a solid option for everyday riding. I also really appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer service team was.

A smooth ride that holds a charge really well. It's my first scooter and it's saved me so much time and made my morning commute a breeze

Good battery life. Good quality. This review must be 50 characters so the rest is just filler.

I've had this scooter for about a week now, and so far it's been great. I bought it mainly to ride around the neighborhood and avoid moving my car for short trips. Assembly was easy, and after charging it I was out riding the same day. The speed feels just right, and the brakes inspire confidence. I was also surprised by how sturdy it feels for something in this price range. If you're looking for a simple commuter scooter and can catch it on sale, I think it's definitely worth considering.

Great acceleration Good battery life Love the lights Best part is the price

I’ve been using the Hiboy S3 for about a week now, and honestly it’s been really solid for getting around. Setup was easy right out of the box, and it only took a few minutes before I was riding it around the neighborhood. The ride feels smooth on normal streets and sidewalks, and the acceleration isn’t too aggressive, which I actually like because it feels safer and easier to control. It has enough speed for commuting or quick errands, and the brakes respond well when you need to stop fast. The folding feature is also super convenient. I can carry it into my apartment without it taking up too much space. Battery life has been good so far too — I haven’t had any issues making multiple trips before needing to recharge. One thing I noticed is that small bumps and cracks in the road aren’t too bad with the tires compared to cheaper scooters I’ve tried before. Overall it just feels comfortable, practical, and reliable for everyday use. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth it if you want a simple electric scooter for commuting or casual rides.

Very smooth ride and easy to handle. Used on city streets

I purchased the Hiboy S3 primarily for occasional weekend rides and short trips around town. After using it for several weeks, I've been pleasantly surprised by how dependable it has been. The scooter arrived well packaged, and assembly was straightforward. Everything worked as expected right out of the box. The controls are simple to understand, and the display is easy to read even in daylight. One thing that stood out to me was the customer support. I had a question about the setup process and received a helpful response much faster than I expected. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. The scooter itself feels well built, folds easily, and doesn't take up much storage space. For anyone looking for a practical electric scooter without spending a fortune, this is a solid choice. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.

I’ve been using this to get to the train and run quick errands, and it’s honestly a game-changer. I was a bit worried about the solid tires being bumpy, but the ride is surprisingly decent on city streets. It’s got a good amount of "get up and go" for a 350W motor, and the brakes are snappy, which is a must. The best part is the weight—I can actually lug it up a flight of stairs without feeling like I just finished a gym session. If you’re tired of walking 15-20 minutes everywhere, just get it. It saves so much time and fits perfectly in the corner of my room. Definitely a solid buy.

Comparing to the S2 Scooter, S3 is so much better than the previous one. It doesn't make any loud noise on wheels while riding the scooter. When you turn on the scooter it doesn't make a loud beeping noise instead it is silent. Very smooth to ride and the scooter is light to lift and carry.

good battery life and great speed. bought this for getting around in town and it does the job. satisfying purchase!

After my sons Segway died on him was questioning if this one would take his abuse well but so far it’s holding strong Only wish it had disc brakes
