I love the size of this thing it is absolutely I am normally an Oled guy, the difference definitely shows does not compare to OLED. But it is absolutely incredible watching anything on this! 200% better than projector and when you get used to it, it is incredible

I’ve been shopping for months for an oversized TV for my new theater room. I’ve had Samsungs for years with very good luck (no issues whatsoever) and was leaning hard on the 98” QLED. The prices kept fluctuating but even at the lowest point I thought it was too high. Started reading reviews and watching You Tube videos on the Hisense and got my curiosity up. While I’ve had some issues with Best Buy in the past, they had the best deal going for price and delivery (free). So, I decided to take a chance and ordered the Hisense. I scheduled a delivery appointment and got repeated updates. I really was expecting a message that the TV was unavailable or there were delivery issues. I found the rear mounting hole locations online and hung the wall mount myself. I prefer doing most if not all of the install myself minus the lifting. Tristan from the Geek Squad called me the day before delivery and provided the install window. I told him the wall mount was already up and they just needed to unbox the set, mount the rear mounts and lift it onto the mount. I’ll do everything else myself. He initially said it was delivery only but said we’ll figure it out upon arrival. Tristan called me the day of delivery when they were en route and showed up right on time. Both Tristan and Anthony was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, which really surprised me, friendly and professional. We did a walk-through of the install and Tristan checked my wall mount install. My house is single story with no stairs so moving the TV inside was simple. They unboxed it, put the mounts on and hung it. They commented that the height was perfect. We checked for level and they plugged in the power cable (I already had high outlets), the HDMI and the Cat 6 cables that I previously installed. Even provided a right angle power cable adaptor to provide more room behind the set. With very few minor adjustments the TV looks phenomenal. Colors are extremely vibrant and the clarity excellent. EARC switching is very fast and flawless. The Google OS is also much quicker and smoother than my Samsungs. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this TV. Build quality is also very good. The only complaint is the remote is pretty basic and cheap. Works fine just could be better. I ordered a better silver replacement online for around $20. The delivery from the Geek Squad guys was well beyond my expectations. Really, really surprised me and that’s hard to do. Maybe they’re an exception but they did a great job. I even called their supervisor and commended them which I never do. Like I previously stated, I’ve had some issues with Best Buy before but this transaction changed my opinion. I’d certainly recommend this Best Buy/Geek Squad team to my family and friends. Well done,

I got this TV on on the Black Friday sale for 2999. The thing is gigantic it was so well packaged. I think I’m gonna spend several more hours just breaking down the whole box but it’s worth it lol. I got a wall mounted yesterday I went with a non-articulating or tilting mount since I wanted it to be very close to the wall. The TV is 3 1/2 inches thick so if you put it we have to walk by like down a hallway, that’s something to consider. I have to say I’m amazed at the quality of the picture. I also hooked up my RTX 3070 powered computer to it and it’s amazing. The HDR settings are fantastic. I’ve only had it for one day, but so far I am loving this TV. Make sure you have three people like it recommends. If you’re going to wall mount it. It was not a big deal and I taped all the cables to the back of the TV before hanging since you can’t get to then with the mount I used. No big deal…plan ahead. Don’t hesitate if this goes on sale again….its awesome !

I was skeptical about a 100 inch TV having the resolution and the brightness to be able to work in my family room next too my sliding glass door with the Arizona sun beaming in on it but this TV easily works in this environment. The TV auto-adjusts for the sunlight when it hits it and I can stand 5 feet from the screen and not notice any degradation in the picture quality. I know there are other 100 inch TVs out there that feature the mini-LEDs which is the basis of this TVs amazing resolution but they are two times the cost of this TV. If you are looking for the best value for a TV this size look no further, the Hisense will not disappoint.

We knew we wanted to upgrade for our theatre room and I did a lot of research until I landed on this. It's been exactly what we wanted - bright, colorful, beautiful and BIG. Install was a bit of a headache thanks to miscommunication from the Best Buy side, but they worked through it with us so even though we prefer not to have the extra hassle, kudos to the team for a quick resolution. We need to add some lights behind it, but overall, highly recommend.

So far the tv has been nothing short of amazing. It checks all the boxes from size and performance so far. Having already owned a 65 inch version it didnt take any time to swt up to the television to my liking. It has still been a short time having the television so i cant just yet give five stars as anything could happen but overall I am satisfied with my purchase and installation through Bestbuy.

Picture quality is great for the size I do own a Samsung 85 inch q90b that I replace this with I got to say the picture quality is not as good but pretty close although when I bought the Samsung it is the top of the line and I paid more money for it. I do admit watching the Hisense at this size is more enjoyable

This review is on 100’ Hisense U8 Goliath of a mini led screen. Coming from an avid Sony enthusiast taking a leap of faith took me some time to decide on another brand. Let’s start off with how the TV is packaged in a crate to ensure delivery is made with no damage to the screen. Excellent packaging A+. Let’s move to the size of this mammoth. This TV is immersive and totally makes you feel captivated almost theater like. Size benefits this screen when it is getting a great picture quality source but when it does not get good signal the size of the screen exposes low quality image and gives the screen a cheap image look. Color quality is definitely not what you get out of a Sony but let’s take into consideration our price point for the unit. The colors on the tv are not top tier but absolutely acceptable. Lastly is biggest criticism on the unit. The internal media player is a C- at best. So much so I had to purchase an apple 4K to decide to keep the tv. I was having an issue with sports watching and latency glitches. At first I thought it was my WiFi internet connection but after hard wiring the tv I quickly eliminated that possibility. Decided to give it one last try with the Apple TV and it solved the sports glitch problem. I would guess to say the processor could not process the motion movement in the picture. Overall a great purchase for price. Happy with my Tv I’ve had it for 45 days now. If it was not for the sports glitch I would give it 5 stars. 4 stars due to this and perhaps it can be corrected with a software update.

As a fanboy of Sony Bravia OLEDs, I was extremely wary of purchasing this TV, but sinply couldnt pass up the opprtunity for a 100” TV. Let me tell you, dont second guess this purchase. The colors are extremely bright and blackness levels are the best ive seen non OLED. For me the biggest difference is the “3D” like effect my Sony OLED provides, but this TV is crisp and bright with a fantastic refresh rate, making sports look incredible. I went back and forth between this and an 85” OLED and trust me, go with this. Pictures do not do this justice. The effect of this TV filling the room surpasses the 3D like effect an OLED provides. Well worth the purchase and very happy with this TV. The picture shows the size difference between the 65” it is replacing.

I recently purchased this TV and it was installed by a 3rd party Best Buy contracted for installations. The TV itself is actually pretty amazing. It surpassed my expectations. However, when I went to hook all of my devices up, I noticed that HDMI4, one of only two 120Hz ports, was delivered damaged. I've contact BB both via phone and chat and got the same answer both times: It's out of stock, we can give you 10% off of a different TV. I'm hoping it gets back in stock to replace the faulty unit or else I'm going to have to return it when it gets close to my 60-day return limit. I'd rather have the TV, unblemished, than go thru any of that. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a PS5/XBox Series X with only 60Hz HDMI ports available.

I found this television on sale at best buy and could not pas up the price for this size television. I didn't know much about Hisense but took the chance after reading good reviews about this tv. It has GREATLY exceeded my expectations! The picture quality, brightness, blacks, and gaming on it is amazing! So much better than my neighbors 4k projector and less expensive! I have had it a year and a half now with no problems.

Good bye Samsung! I was once a LG & Samsung only customer, then my main LG TV had some power board issues and I became a devout Samsung customer for over 10 years! I bought this 100" Hisense to replace an 82" Samsung. The setup, although a little different, was straight forward and quick. The picture is fantastic! I love this TV!! Next on my list... I need to replace 4 TV's for a video wall in my theater room, and now shopping for 4 @ 72" Hisensens Mini-LED QLED TV's. I will let you know how they are once I get them and get some viewing time in.

There is no way to review this TV without talking about value. I paid $2999 for a 100" TV that ticks all of the feature boxes. That's amazing. The picture quality is terrific. It's bright, colorful, and handles high quality 4k content like a dream. For a screen this large, I love how detailed everything still is. It's also a great gaming tv, with fast response and easily recognizes consoles and PC, activating VRR and high refresh rates. Some cons? Sure. The picture is not quite as good as my 83" LG C3. I mean, that's to be expected I guess. Plus the LG was actually more money than the Hisense. If you truly want an OLED, get one. They're great! Also, the remote is...functional, I guess? Lower bitrate content is ok, but not up to the standard of Sony or LG. Might not be the best choice if all you watch is sports. Viewing angles are fine, but not the best so set your room up accordingly. There, that's all the bad stuff, now buy one. You'll be very happy.

I highly recommend this television. The 100" Hisense television boasts an impressive display size for an immersive viewing experience. Its picture quality is remarkably sharp and vibrant, bringing entertainment to life. Details are crisp and clear, enhancing the overall visual impact. Whether it's movies, sports, or gaming, this television delivers an exceptional visual performance. Prepare to be captivated by its stunning picture quality.

First month in and no issues so far. Hisense often gets a bad reputation for quality control, but I got a good unit. The picture is amazing, and there are plenty of settings to customize the colors exactly how you want them. Choosing 100 inches was the best decision ever. This thing is massive and incredibly immersive. I also want to thank the three Geek Squad agents who helped bring it upstairs.

To say this TV is amazing is an understatement. this TV is truly breathtaking. this TV have many different features that will blow your way. one of my favorite features is the game mode that it provides. the game mode allows you to activate features like FPS viewing that is your frames per second while playing the game, and other cool features like high refresh rate mode. this TV also has 144Hz. on the other hand, this TV is great for watching movies and anime. having the privilege to watch your favorite anime in 4k is breathtaking. overall I am very happy with my Hisense 100u8k 100 inch television.

When you first get this TV you’re like whoa has that wow factor 100 inches is a massive TV. There are a few problems with the TV though one I have noticed is the random shutting off when you’re switching from HDMI ports I have a Nvidia shield and Xbox series X connected, and when I swap from HDMI ports TV randomly shuts off and I have to turn it back on colors look good and vibrant. It’s not the best though but for the price and size it makes up for it. Hopefully the bugs get fixed with some software updates. I give the TV a 3.5 out of 5
