Works great! So far it has been doing good at collecting the humidity in the air. Sometimes I wish it had a sound that plays when it is full.

works good, was easy to set up, hardest part was unpacking, was VERY well packed which is good. Rolls easily, can attach drainage hose or empty, I just empty. It's in my basement and after a little tinkering with humidity settings it fills every day. I would bu again.

Super quiet!! Set the Hunidity level you want it at, and it will do the rest. I empty the bucket for now. My HoneyWell died after 1 year.

This model was delivered today. However, someone at the factory forgot to put a house for the pump in the water bucket (where the instructions say it should be). Spent nearly 20 minutes on phone with HiSense customer service. I'm betting it will be at least ax week before I get a pump hose. Clearly not BB's vault, but still...

We purchased a Hisense dehumidifier and it failed at around 14 months. Just outside the warranty. Do not recommend this brand.
