A: Keep in mind that with 4k TVs, manufacturers are being a bit shady with how they label their refresh rates. On regular HD TV's 60hz was 60 hz. NOW you will notice they do NOT use HZ anymore. So 120 motion rate, is how they now label 60hz. Every manufacturer is doing it. Samsungs motion rate 120 is only 60hz, and their 240 is the 120hz. Sony is 240 motion rate is 60hz. and their 960 motion rate is actually 120hz.
