I have 2 of these TV's. I purchased the h6 last black Friday for my new 4k Xbox for gaming and it was awesome. We recently bought a new house which has a upstairs I wanted to make a man cave. So I decided to buy another hisense and got the upgrade model h8 65 inch... I was very disappointed in it it seemed to lag for gaming. So I returned it for a 55 inch h6 and again have been extremely impressed. I got it on sale for 299 and it's AMAZING

The HDMI ports have issues receiving signal from the DVR/cable box combo. In my case, it's a Directv DVR. I can't even view regular network programs, much less cable channels. It's stupid. The TV regular gives me an error message stating "Your TV does not support this program's content protection. Replacing the TV's HDMI cable with component cables will allow you to view the program".

I own the TV for only 5 days. Connecting the unit to my Cable easy. Setup remote easy. Did my own adjustments on picture, sound, a snap. Sound quality is good. Better than my last 40” Dynex which still works perfectly but the sound quality couldn’t compare. NO AMAZON APP...so that’s the loss of a 1/2 a Star. My rating is 4.5 not 4! I have Amazon Fire TV Stick so I have to flip remotes which is a pain being that I wanted to eliminate doing that and just utilize one remote control...my Cable remote. So I do have the feeling I am living in the past because I am still juggling remoteS! Arrgghh. The only issue SO FAR is I can’t figure out how to adjust the Time on the unit. Nowhere in the Manuel or on screen are there instructions for this. But that’s no big deal and I didn’t take off Stars because of that. I am really enjoying the Hisense and am very happy, so far...5 days...with it. And the price for this H6 2017 was great...$300! Would like to hear from Hisense about AMAZON APP, please tell me your company is adding this App in an Update!, and any help on adjusting the TV clock.

I got a great deal on the price. Picture great... sound...typical flat screen. The biggest negative on this Hisense is the Apps! No Amazon! Very disappointing. Netflix is there but has a lot of issues loading. Don’t use the Hisense remote because the Apps are not good and I believe you need to use an Ethernet cable which I haven’t tried yet in order to get the Netflix button on the remote to work. Bottom line...if I had to do it over again I’d shop around. By the way, I wrote to Hisense a couple of times with questions and after the first question was answered never heard from them again.

Ok first and foremost I am happy to report that I was helped by a young gentleman, he was very genuine in his service, very quick, wasted no time in helping me, he was very patient and I'm just thankful to him for his great customer service...now about my TV ( 55" Hisense ) what a treat, it was an early birthday present for myself to myself. The picture quality is so awesome I just love it and the PRICE yessssssssss great price. I just am very happy to have went into Best Buy when I did, everything just came together and it felt great..Thank you Best Buy.

Picture is good but I have to unplug the Cable Box HDMI cable at least once a day every time I turn it on because the sound and picture don't come up. Called support and was told to factory reset it which didn't solve the problem. In addition to that, the Netflix app doesn't work. So I will be returning the tv this weekend after giving it 4 weeks to resolve the issues.

This TV is a great option if you're on a budget. A smart tv, although the apps available are limited there is Netflix installed and you can always expand your streaming options by adding a chromecast or fire stick. Picture quality is good and overall set up was easy. A great deal for the price.

Overall a very nice tv. Great picture and price. Missing a few apps that I like and no "app store" to get them. Only had for a few days, so there may still be a way to get the missing apps. Haven't had the time to mess with it.

TV is a fantastic value for the price and quality of the product. Minor things such as small color differences between a PC display and the TV are just that...minor, and without something to compare it to, would go unnoticed. The Hisense app for the iPhone that should allow control of the SMART TV via Alexa devices...only works the first time...and I noticed that all the feedback from others indicate the same problem. However, that appears to be the "only" shortfall, and it's an option I didn't even consider when I purchased the TV, so it doesn't bother me all that much.

This tv is awesome. I had previously purchased a Sharp brand television and this tv blows that television way out of the water. I even naught it under $300. Great quality with even a better price. Can’t beat it. Best Buy is the best place to shop for anything that has to do with electronics and technology.

Easy to set up and has a good picture. The Netflix app is horrible but I use my firestick and can access all my apps easily from that. For the price this is a great buy!

Very happy with my Hisense 55in 4K TV is very great value for the price again a Best Buy one of things I like the most is I was able to beat all other prices better than Amazon eBay everywhere else it was way more expensive and I got a new undamage box actually got to see it feel it touch it the number one things that bothers me when I buy things online is they send me boxes that are damaged not sure of what condition is in I got to look at the product make sure it was really good I was happy really happy

Overall good picture quality that you can’t beat for $299. A little difficult to get the apps you want, but all I needed was Netflix and Prime

We have purchased several of these Hisense - 55" Class - LED - H6 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR to use in our Service Area Waiting Room and in the Drivers Room. They are great quality, easy to use and have a fantastic picture. This is a great value for the money!

Hisense makes 4K panels for a lot of other companies so they aren't a noname brand. They have beautiful pictures, great remote design, are easy to use and come in at amazing prices. I'll continue to buy Hisense/Sharp TV's for this reason.

Needed a smart TV so I could use my fire stick to get all the channels I wanted. Picture quality is great and the set up was easy. I even caught it on sale which helped my budget.
