I tried resetting the TV back to factory setting, connected my iPhone and TV to myWIFI. I cannot get screen mirroring to work on the TV, you go to setting, click screen mirroring, and while in discovery mode, I see the hisense popup, but FAILs to connect

I have a JBL soundbar. If that is hooked up by optical instead of the HDMI Arc, are both the soundbar and the TV speakers able to be on at the same time?
