When assembling this item it has an exhaust hose that comes with clamps attached to it so one side attaches to the machine and the other side attaches to a window attachment so the hot air can go out the window. However this product was broken on one end meaning only one side had a clamp so I used that side to att h to the machine and I had to tape the hose to the window attachment I could not find this specific replacement hose because the replacement they send you is just a hose with no clamps on either side next time I will not get a refurbished item Other then that the item came on time
