Cools the apartment but at what cost

This AC does work and cools the apartment down… but it sounds like a rusted gear constantly grinding and squeaking, the temp is off by about 3-5 degrees (I have to set it to 74 if I want it at 69/70) and it smells weird. The connection to the app on the phone barely works. I wish I got a different AC.

Purchased this for our RV because our one RV AC wasn’t keeping up with the Texas heat, and this thing has been a life saver. It runs with our fridge and rv AC on 30 amps with no pops.
I would recommend this to a friend
