I bought this new laser TV to replace my old flatscreen when I moved into my new house. The space was big and I wanted something large enough to entertain my friends when they come over, and this did not disappoint. Opening the package I had to assemble the screen and set up the TV. It took a bit longer than expected to complete, but that is because I made a mistake having the wrong side of the screen facing up. Luckily, I stopped mid process and changed flipped the screen before finishing attaching it to the frame. The end result was a fantastic looking screen. Even though the screen is light weight, the quality is way above my expectations and it was very easy to mount to the wall. The colors are vibrant and I can see all the important details without having that “projector” feel I’ve seen on other devices. Once mounted, the projector was easy to get up and running. I connected to my wifi in a matter of minutes and connected to my cable provider because the interface was so easy to use. The system runs on Google so its fairly intuitive, and the HDMI lets me switch to my cable provider very easily. The TV also had a built in tool that made auto adjusting the picture to fit the screen really easy. The result is a perfect 100 inch TV in my space with amazing picture quality, it feels like I am in my own movie theater. When it comes to the sound this is where I am blown away. Usually I like to have an extra sound bar for that in-home-theater feel. Defiantly don’t need one with this device, but I can see if someone wanted surround sound they could add to it. The sound just comes out so clear I don’t know how to describe it other than it is the best speaker I have ever owned. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is my first time owning a laser TV so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. For the price I feel like I got a great deal!

We purchased a new projector for the cinema room and the color has completely surpassed my expectations. The L5G came with an ALR screen and it appears to be doing the trick. The colors show up so vividly and across the whole spectrum. There are some windows on both sides of the room, and even during the day the picture quality is still incredible. I never realized how old some of my favorite actors have gotten until I saw their wrinkles on a giant 100 inch display in 4k. I am so happy I decided to get Hisense for this investment in our home.

First off, this is an incredible ultra short throw projector setup for the money. I got mine on Black Friday sale for $2700. BUT - and this is a huge but!!!! - make sure you look up the requirements for space .. meaning, how high the projector has to be from the screen, how far in front of the projector has to be from the screen, how high the screen itself needs to be, etc. I had a geek squad member give me a consult on UST projectors and he failed to tell me that this one would require me to buy a new console the it was going to be placed on. So when the geek squad came for the install it did not work because the dimensions were all off. So after finding and buying a very specific console, and re-scheduling geek squad we finally got the picture to fit. But now that it is, it is absolutely incredible. The picture is sufficiently bright enough that I don't always use my blackout curtains in the middle of the day. The 4k UHD at 100 inches is something to behold. The user interface and controller is also very easy and very user friendly. Caution though, you cannot get Netflix on it, so you will need an external device like an Apple TV or something hooked up to it. Nevertheless, it's worth every penny! Also, I would recommend a soundbar. The built in speakers are very good but lack a woofer and I would argue that you need to have a woofer to go with the huge picture in front of you

Did not come with the screen. Customer support was not really helpful and wanted me to go to local store to see if they have a screen or may be give me partial refund. Both were not options at the local store. Ended up returning it

great projector ,love it,movies are awesome,sound is good but better with sound system.
