Q: For 120 inches model, what's the distance between the surface of the tv stand ( bottom of the tv) to the bottom line of the screen? trying to figure out if my basement wall is big enough for a 120 inches screen.

A: Hello Bruce, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 120L9G-CINE120A. The recommended distance between the surface of the TV stand and the bottom of the screen is 16.73 inches. Please visit https://assets.hisense-usa.com/assets/ProductDownloads/373/5b041b44d4/CINE120-A-Installation-Guide.pdf for additional details. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

Q: what are the dimensions of the 120" screen

A: A little over 100" x 60"

Q: Is this unit able to be mounted from the ceiling? I can't seem to find a picture of the bottom of it, to see whether it has screw holes.

A: Yes, it can be hung from the ceiling. The included Installation Guide indicates: "NOTE: We do not recommend mounting the laser Cinema console to the ceiling. If you choose to, the orientation of the screen will need to be reversed. Because in that case the function of offsetting the environment light will be diminished." Also the installation measurements will change from what is included with the instructions as they are based on a stand for the laser TV placed on the floor.

Q: I purchased this TV and love every aspect except: There’s stuttering issues that can ruin the viewing experience. Serious video lag on portions of the screen. I’m curious is this just part of the TV or do I have a faulty unit?

A: Hi Boomer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 120L9G-CINE120A. You are able to adjust the TV motion by going to Settings > Picture > Advanced Settings > Motion Enhancement > Judder Reduction. Please ensure your TV is updated to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System update > Check for update. If you have any further questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

Q: Does this come with the daylight screen or cinema screen?

A: It comes with Cinema screen the 'CINE' in product model '120L9G-CINE120A' stands for cinema screen, based on Hisense website and product spec sheet

Q: Is the screen acoustically transparent or does high sense offer an upgrade to acoustic transparency?
