This is the first NEW ust projector. The sound is very good and can easily bluetooth to a stereo if you really want to. But you dont really need it. The picture quality is amazing, even in room light conditions. To be honest I havent tried this unit in daylight yet. But i expect it will be fine. I am not a fan of google tv as the driver for it. But, it is ok. I cant say how it will work weith video games but i imagine it would perform just fine. I just watch tv and movies. Having two hdmi ports is helpful but i would have liked one more. But that is because of my equipment. I have several older devices. I really like the adjustable legs to assist in the vertical hold. I also really like the automatic alignment feature to correct the image.

The projector itself is great. Very easy to get set up and colors are very vivid in 4k. After about 4 months of ownership my projector got a dead pixel toward the top center of the screen. I figured no problem since it's under warranty. Gave Hisense a call and things seemed promising. I get a call back 24hrs later and they tell me to go kick rocks that "one dead pixel doesn't disrupt the viewing experience". I would think that's subjective. But a big bright white pixel in the middle of a dark scene in a movie or show definitely disprupts the experience. Even in a scene with colors it's extremely noticeable.

A bit more expensive than a flat-screen tv but worth the dynamic usage. Movies, TV shows, and even computer gaming. Crisp clear images live you're actually in a theater.

Well this lil' guy sure can project. Wow great job!

excellent resolution of this projector even with a matte white screen

The PL1 X-Fusion has a great picture. It is very bright and you can see clearly when the lights are on in the room. This has a way to find the remote if it gets lost, If you have small children like I do, you will appreciate this feature. It DOES SUPPORT NETFLIX, as previous models of Hisense projectors have not. The Wi-Fi on this works extremely well and seems to load the videos very fast. Right now I am using it to show Halloween projections from the back of my living room window. I have been using it to watch movies off of an Apple TV, the Dolby setting for picture works very well and it has amazing images. All the kids in the neighborhood have been coming to my house every night to see the Halloween projections on the window. If you are looking for a decently priced projector for a home theater set up, this is the one! I am not a fan of the Google TV set up, I never have been, but I have to give them credit for the updates they have done as it does operate much smoother than past TV's I have had. I have had six projectors in the past of different brands that work great, but you cannot beat the fact you only have to be mere inches away from the screen for this to broadcast on. This one is about the same brightness as my last projector but the light seems to be better from the laser system compared to the LED one before it. The picture is also much clearer and you cannot beat the 4k compared to 1080P.

got a PL1 projector and set it up with my 120" ALR screen. Please a few videos on YouTube, the picture looks great. 100% have home theater experience. Thanks PL1 for the great picture quality. someone said a regular screen works in my light control room and can get better images. I will try and update it when I see the performance.

One of the best ust projecter Hisense pl1- fusion excellent resolution Dolby Vision makes definitely worth watching it’s outstanding color better than most of ust projectors and also when on special descent discounts you need alr screen even in day time don’t miss

The video quality was high definition but for sure would be more HD if you have a ARL projector screen. I am only using a white wall as screen. The connection for streaming via wifi is fast. Streaming using the avaiable app is fast as well. Best thing I was able to buy this at $700 off at Best Buy.

Easy to manipulate and find criteria of interest. Projects a better picture and illuminates excellent color. Prefer the short throw projector over the traditional ceiling projector.

The projector is very clear and so far its been great. The only negative is that it turns on by itself sometimes. It was on almost an entire day without me turning it on. Not sure why this is happening.

Love it. It's fairly easy to set up. One thing I don't care for is powering off requires holding down the button on the remote, otherwise it comes back on like 10 minutes later

The product works well and was easy to install. Great picture quality and flexible connections to USB stick as well as internet make it an attractive choice. I used it on a trade show to save space and get a bigger projection.

I have enjoyed projectors over TVs for a while now since they offer a big picture and a more cinema-like experience for movie-watching. The brightness and contrast on this unit is fantastic, as is the overall picture quality. I would be using Chromecast with Google TV anyway, so the fact that it's built in is a plus for me. Only drawback I can see is a limitation in the screen types that can be selected in the menu. They pretty much assume you're going to be using an ALR screen even though some folks may have a slightly different configuration.

We picked it up on a Black friday discount. The image is very good and the speakers are impressive. I would like a little more adjustabliity in the screen configuration/setup. If paying full price I would compare to other models and see how it stacks up.

Can't beat it for the price. The sound from the speakers was better than expcted and Google TV works great. Very sharp picture and my son loves console gaming on it.
