I really liked this chair. Yes, of course, the massage function isn’t anything super fancy like in other more expensive chairs, and it doesn’t massage your legs. However, I really liked the fact that it massages from the lower back down to the seat area. A small downside is that the seat cushion itself is quite firm. But that’s not a big issue — you can always add another soft pillow and sit comfortably. So, taking all of this into account, I really like this chair overall. I’d also like to add that the base where the legs attach is actually made of plastic, as are the wheels. But that’s not a serious problem, because if needed, the base and wheels can always be replaced with sturdier materials, like metal.
