I was having terrible issues with my homes Wi-Fi. between it dropping off and no service in particular areas I was so frustrated I wanted to scream (my wife was screaming, at me). I talked to the guys at Best Buy and they gave me a recommendation for a Netgear router with some punch and they Google wi-fi system for extending my areas of coverage. I originally thought it was a little pricey, but the installation went like a dream and the wife is so pleased now. One of the best purchases I've made recently.

I can say that I'm very very happy and pleased with the job and the work that they did install my TV on the wall and setting up the WIFI and explaining every detail of the installment I was very impressed with Elvin and his Worker did a great job making sure that I understood and showing me step by step what I needed to do. I appreciate everything I learned from them Thank you GEEK SQUAD AND I WON'T HESITATE TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AGAIN. ANYTIME GREAT JOB.

The Geek squad Wifi guy J. OCTOBER 16 2025Was very knowledgeble about our wifi, hometheater and ring requirements and needs and set up our system perfectly! We replaced eeros 5 with eeros pro 7 so we would be able to use the same system in the future.

Jared Leonard, Geek Squad Agent performed a diagnostic test, internet speed test, Wi-Fi signal on the Router was tested for strength. The ethernet, and cable connections were tested in order to make sure my computer was connected to the wireless router correctly. The router was rebooted, and the problem was resolved.

I recently had The Geek Squad come to our house to install a Velop Mesh system Wi/Fi system. We have a 4500 square foot home and the outdated 802.1 ax system we had was not sufficiently apt for our house. This Née system rocks! Get ya one!

The service technicians installed my new Bosch double oven perfectly and efficiently. The only reason not a 5 star job is that they did not arrive within my service time window due some system scdeking issue within Best Buy.

Tim came to my house and set up the WiFi system. He noticed my laptop was old and slow. He ended up selling me an Apple MacBook Air which I love. He also noticed the tv on the wall in the family room was crooked and offered to fix that and hide the wires in the wall. In another week I decided to upgrade the tv in bedroom. Tim helped me pick a new tv and mounted it in the bedroom. I love it.

Agent Syed - 12/2/2021 Today I have checked that the printer was not connected to the wireless network, So I have guided to connect the printer to the wireless network, but due to the network issues the printer was not connecting so I have booked an appointment for you. Agent Subhajit - 12/2/2021 ON DEC 13th ALL IT TOOK WAS FOR RYAN TO SIMPLY PRESS A BUTTON ON MY MESH ROUTER AND THE PRINTER WORKED. TOOK 3 MINUTES! WHY IS IT THAT AGENT SUBHAJIT OR JAKE WHO SET UP MY MESH ON NOV 17th DIDN’T THINK TO MAKE CERTAIN IF THIS????

The agent connected my Orbi system, but I'm still having the router drop the internet connection, like every other week. After he left I had to finish connecting the devices he missed. It was not fun. I honestly do not think he knew what he was doing, to an extent, as he has it running, but it is still losing the Spectrum Wi-Fi connection months later. Just today I had to explain to my wife how to reboot the router and modem. I can kiss that gift card away after this review!

Both techs were on time and were in good spirits. They showed where the Mesh system would be placed and quickly completed their work. They even cleaned up the cable mess in our Internet cabinet. Our Internet has never worked as well as it is now.

We love our Orbi. So nice having the hub and satellites in each room. Our WiFi has definitely improved.
