[Employee of bestbuy] I wanted something that was portable, targeted my lower back and easy-to-use. This checked all the boxes! I used the warming feature once, and it worked just fine. However, it was not something I was particularly interested in. I loved this so much that I bought another to have at work. It's not too loud, and it shuts off if it's been running too long. FYI, I've had no issues with the cord placement, but I see there is a cordless option as well.

I like but… The heat doesn’t get past warm. The plug in aspect is not good, cord gets in the way and limits where I can use this. Fold over flap doesn’t stay in place so you have to be wary. Without it the massagers can be too much. That said it’s really not terrible. Gives a good lower back massage. For the price it’s worth trying if your muscles get sore.

When i bought it, i didnt see anything about an auto shut off so when i used it for the first time, after about and hour or so it shut off and i thought i broke it ! But you just have to let the machine rest for a while and then you can continue using it. The kneeding from machine feels amazing, really loosenes up your back if you have a hard time cracking it.

Love it!!! Its bringing the deep tissue massage youd get at the spa right to you w the bonus of not having to go anywhere. Highly recommend!

Great for the low back, while sitting in my arm-chair. It's not so great for the neck, but I have another massager unit for my neck. I price-matched, so it was affordable, around $50.

Gave as a gift for Christmas and was told they loved it. They could be lying to save my feelings or be polite but my brother has never been that kinda guy so it must be good.
