In this 7th season, we see Carrie in crises over her compulsion to do counterterrorist work and her fitness as a mother. This is a great season for looking at some of the real problems facing the country: fake news, polarized politics, authoritarian rule, foreign meddling in the US government.

Homeland continues to entertain. Season 7 is full of drama and suspense with episodes that mirror current events and even predict future prevents. The writing is great, the cast continues to deliver Emmy worthy performances. Season 7 does not disappoint.

This 12 episode season has Carrie again I the thick of things concerning President Keane and the intrigue surrounding her presidency. I thought too much attention was given to Carrie and her relationship with her daughter, but that's me... Carrie really finds herself in a bind at the season conclusion that she may not be able to climb out of.... I bought this in DVD format; I have not seen it for sale as a Blu-Ray.

After 6 seasons and waiting so long for the Season 7 DVD release, I was skeptical that it would still be as engaging as past seasons.. I was pleasantly surprised - it is STILL quite captivating and as entertaining as always.

For some reason I thought this was the final season so when it got to the ending I was shocked and said, "No it can't end this way!" Quick research on the Internet claimed that there was a season 8 to follow, much to my relief. If you were a fan of seasons 1 through 6 then you have to go with season 7, you won't be disappointed. If you're new to "Homeland", this isn't the place to start.

Once again Claire Dane continues to deliver outstanding performance after performance the show only gets better it's a shame this is the final season but you can't miss this pick it up today

yeah, I know, giving away my age with a heading like that Dvd arrived as soon as it was released by Best buy was well packed & I look forward to watching this exciting adventure series

A gift for my wife, she loves the series. Too bad Best Buy no longer carries movies.

like the original first season the thrill and action from the first episode continue kept me watching one episode after the other one until i finished the whole season

Looking forward to the next season. I have all seasons. A lot of action and great acting. If your into our government workings this is a great show.

This was one of the best seasons of Homeland in the entire series. Builds to a great finish and lots of loose ends for next season. We can't wait!

This is one of my favorite current series. Story, plot and characters keep you on the edge. If you like spy thrillers, highly recommend you seeing.

Each season of Homeland is suspenseful and will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. From the producers of 24, another great series.

This is the series that just keeps on giving. Every time I think its over it just keeps going. Cannot wait for season eight.

We have not watched season seven yet, though the first six seasons were outstanding. Great acting and story line.

OMG ! Took almost 2 years for this release. Still worth the wait but sadly no Blu-Ray release. Still recommendable.

Intricate realism and exploration of authentic emotional conditions make this the best political drama ever.

Claire Danes and Mandy Patinkin are so great in these roles. Excellent writing with fantastic imagery.

Homeland is probably one of the best series ever. I'm sorry to say that season 8 will be the last.
