If you’re hoping for a sealed case dont order this. I ordered a new case and it came with a bunch of repetitive cars and no exclusives. Horrible packaging and all the cards were damaged or blister was broken.

All complete with all exclusives including Treasure Hunt Audi coming out of a sealed case

Like the title says, had an unopened case shipped to my home, and ended up hitting 4/4 on the BB exclusives. Sorry to read so many others had such a poor experience, but happy mine was positive.

Package came a bit damaged, but I recieved the cars exlcusives and it arrived on time.

Case was opened and resealed with "Security Seal" tape. This one was obtained through store pickup. Worried at first, but includes all 36 cars. Complete with the 4 exclusives and a Treasure Hunt (Subaru Impreza) . No Super TH Audi wagon. Minus three stars for Best Buy and their botched release of these sealed collector cases. Hope they learn from this and educate their staff before the next promotion.

Picked up my 5 cases yesterday and 4 of them were opened and re-taped by Best Buy. 1 case had 8 cars missing. Pretty disappointed with this whole situation. I don’t understand why Best Buy would need to open these and “inspect” them. Pretty shady business practice if you ask me.

Not sure what’s going on, 4 out of 5 cases were opened. Random cars from different cases were smashed into my cases. Not worth it. Some of the cars got smashed up, because whoever was stash other cars in there were just jamming them in. Not worth the money.

My nephew opened this up today for Christmas and was thrilled, but later asked me, “why did i get 3 of the same car?” After further inspection, we realized we had received many duplicates of the same car. It appears people are buying these cases, grabbing rare cars, and then returning the items. Very disappointing, I expected better from Best Buy. Secure these boxes Best Buy, and make sure they aren’t tampered with. What should have been an enjoyable gift ended up disappointing an uncle and his nephew in Christmas.

I would say I only got 4 duds, and the rest were heaters, the only regret is I didn’t buy another case because now theyre unavailable

Received a “security sealed” case with duplicates of some cars and absolutely none of the Best Buy exclusives. Someone picked it at the store it was shipped from and replaced the cars in the case. No Treasure Hunt, and some of the cars have damaged blisters and cards. Absolutely unacceptable and will be returning for a refund. Shame on you, Best Buy.

Got this in the mail today and one of the hot wheels came broken and the online receipt I was supposed to get did not come in the box so know I can’t claim my mail in offer, I’m very unhappy with Best Buy

Boxed showed up already opened and dug through, some of the cars that were in my case weren’t even from the same case so they’d obviously been replaced at some point, and about 10 of them had the plastic on the cards cracked.

The collectors are starting to go through the boxes and take the supers and regulars and just adding duplicates… when the box came it was directly handed to me but all cars were messed up and the blisters were broken.

Since the one shipped to the store was rummaged through, I ordered one to the house. I just can't win. CRACKED BLISTERS on 2 of 4 exclusives. 10+ cars with cracked blisters. Best Buy, get out of the hotwheels game.

You sent me cars that were trashed wet and add an actual box cutter in the box. They couldn’t injured one of my grandchildren.

The case was sealed from mattel, everything was there!

I was so excited when I got these. If Best Buy has a different set coming I’ll more than likely buy that one too. Good variety and the exclusives are pretty cool.

Fairly good section of cars. I would've given it a 5 star rating if the box hadn't been opened before getting to me and retaped. My case only had 35 cars instead of 36 like it should.

Already opened… and they resealed it. Nothing good inside unfortunately
