This microwave is great. It's extremely simple, no crazy programming required. It does have an interesting feature in that if you put food in, and don't hit "start" right away, it resets and won't start until you tell it what to do again. This is a safety feature that prevents you from starting it when empty. It's quite, it's powerful and easy to clean.

Great value for the money. So many settings yet easy to learn. Easy to install. We love it, didn’t realize how badly our older one was working until we replaced it.

I first ordered this microwave oven on July 18 but when it was delivered for installation it was found to have been damaged (probably dropped). The installer sent it back. Had to wait 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive and it was installed on August 29. Was an awfully long wait. The installer, Daniel, did a great job both times.

The microwave works great. It fit perfect over the stove. I like the quick buttons on the keypad.

I needed a bare bones microwave that matched the other appliances in my kitchen. It was easy to install and looks great. Function is simple and it works good. I would inquire about the grease filter when purchasing unit though. It does not come in the box.

It’s a decent microwave. Didn’t know hotpoint was really a GE product. Would like to have known that. Door not as heavy as the GE I replaced.

It’s exactly as stated and works great. I love the extras like dual fan speed and dual light settings. Easy push numbers with a solid door.

Replaced an older Hotpoint model that handle pulled out of door at bottom. Need to make sure to pull from top of handle to avoid same thing happening to new one! Like the way this one looks and matches my Hotpoint stove. A little pricey I thought, but wanted everything to match, so was worth it to me.

It has been a very good product. I would recommend it to someone looking for an affordable over the range microwave.
