So HAPPY I made this purchase. I LOVE that the papers are shredded into confetti.

Works fast and the tray that holds a large amount of items to shred is very efficient and quickly shreds many items. But it is difficult to clear a paper jam..

Nice cross cut shredder that gets the job done. The only Con is that it is a little noisy.

I would give a zero if I could. the first time I used the shredder I had constant paper jams. I could not feed in 12 sheets at a time. The most I could shred was 3 sheets at a time and even that jammed. Please save your money. It is NOT WORTH 299. its not worth 29

My wife is extremely satisfied with her new shredder the only downfall is that they don't offer a replacement plan on this unit, the original one we purchased went bad after a year but fortunately, the insignia unit had a replacement plan protection this unit does not which is why only giving 3 stars instead of 5.

Had to return 1st one came in damaged, 2nd one was good came in fast.

Overall a good unit. Batch feed tray is narrow. Occasionally jams, but "reverse" function works well. Small, fine pieces. Happy with purchase

This is the best shredder I have ever purchased. I would recommend it.
