Unfortanetly this laminator is not the greatest. It takes long to heat up, and it gives the sheet a Matte look on some areas. I bought this machine in August and it malfunctioned by December of the same year. I barely used it! It gives a burnt smell. If you buy it from Best Buy there is nothing they can do about your machine. I am contacting HP to see what they can do for me. But I may just use a different brand.

This thing works really really well. Very easy setup and simple to use.

I only had it for a week and it jammed on me. I tried to fix it but nothing worked, so I had to toss it. Very disappointed.

This product started jamming with in a year of purchase. I thought I could fix it myself but couldn’t. When I called the manufacturer about it they did nothing. It was a very expensive purchase to be breaking like that.

This is the perfect laminator I needed for at home. Small, mobile, and quick! Takes a couple minutes to heat up. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Using the laminating sheets given, it jammed the very first attempt at laminating so severely I had to return it. The button to release a jam was jammed. Useless.

Love it so so much , it is so very amazing. I would recommend
