This chromebook works amazing. Very good for entry level college use, It can handle just about everything. I’ve had it for over a year and have not had a single issue. Also the touchscreen is very convenient and being able to use it as a “tablet” makes me want to give it a 6th star. It’s awesome

I brought this product open box trusting the policy & integrity of best buy. As soon as I took it out of the box although there was plastic over it you could still see the prints of it being handled. I attempted to set up my google acct and the screen kept freezing and it did this through the who process of setting it up.

These chromebooks are by far the best deal out there. You get virus protection, portability, ease of use. HP is the number 1 brand in chromebooks. The price is always right and they are light weight and sturdy. Great for any use: school, work browsing, home use, etc. Fast and dependable; I love HP and Best Buy!

Awesome!!! I love all Google products. This laptop is cheap and in all in one. Love that it's touchscreen and a very deep blue color. Very smooth processor that quickly responds. Love this laptop for its 2 in 1 convertible feature since I was stuck on whether to purchase a tablet or a laptop but since it's a 2 in 1 It took away the hard decision of having to choose. Love this laptop as if I didn't say it already and I would highly recommend.

Love this little guy! Perfect size. Works exactly as I need it to, for streaming and for printing... Very simple. The touch screen is great. I absolutely love being able to flip the screen and turn it into a tablet. Highly recommend!!

Recently ordered this laptop for college, as my older one (Hp stream 14”) moved a lot slower. This laptop is a must because of its ultra thin screen, keyboard and touchscreen perks. It moves fast and is great for streaming and school work. I highly suggest this device if you want to get straight to the point and search/work ASAP.

My chromebook was all I needed until it no longer met requirements for my college testing. The size, touchscreen and convertable top made studying so comfortable. I upgraded to a Lenovo with the same physical capabilities because I loved these features so much.

I bought this for my daughter for her freshman year of college. It was a great purchase for the price when compared to other devices. The set up was simple and it’s very easy to use. She likes it and is able to use it for her online classes. I would recommend this purchase to friends.

Best laptop I’ve ever had, I’ve had it for at least 4 years now and it still runs as fast and as smoothly as when I got it!

First Impressions -It's a Chromebook. -The color matched spruce blue keyboard and track pad are nice finishing touches. Auto Update Expiration -Clicking through settings, this particular model (14b-cb0023dx) is slated to receive updates through June 2029. -As a result of my clumsiness, I fully expect to accidentally break this Chromebook well before the summer of 2029, but thank you for believing in me, Google. Display -According to the sticker on the box, this particular model with the Jasper Lake Pentium N6000 is equipped with an FHD (1920x1080) IPS touchscreen panel rated at 250 nits of brightness. -The display is fine, but it will likely lose in a head-to-head battle with an extremely beautiful sunny day. Perhaps that's not such a bad thing. Cooling -As far as I can tell, there is no active cooling; there are no vents to speak of. This is, of course, not an issue for the Pentium Silver N6000. -Huzzah for passive cooling and the lack of a whirring fan. Build -As far as I can tell, the lid, keyboard deck, and bottom panel are all plastic. Presumably, the track pad is plastic, as well. -The power button and volume rocker are nicely recessed and have soft feedback (i.e. not much of a click). -Feels pretty solid, though. It would definitely hurt if you dropped this thing on your foot. Branding -There are two small stickers on the keyboard deck: a small "Energy Star" sticker and a minimalist Intel sticker for the Pentium Silver processor. -I was happy to see that the Chromebook logo on the lid is in full color, which adds a nice bit of pop and contrast. -As usual, the HP logo is incorporated into the display bezel and lid, while the B&O logo is hanging out beneath the right speaker grill. -I hope that one day someone looks at me with a raised eyebrow and asks, "B&O makes laptops?" Speakers -Upward firing, aggressively normal laptop speakers. -I'm not sure how to accurately describe the speakers. I guess it's best to find a store with a display model, blast some YouTube, and see if they're to your liking. Hopes and Dreams -I was hoping against all hope that the Best Buy spec sheet was incorrect and the keyboard was back-lit. No such luck. Darn you, accurate spec sheet. Closing Thoughts -It's a Chromebook. It's nice. Very Spruce Blue. Have a good day, everyone.

I got this chrome book back in February before my college classes started and so far it’s still working pretty good. Only two issues I’ve had are the left touchpad button gets stuck (this started as soon as I opened it, I didn’t mind it at first because it rarely happened, now it happens more frequently but I guess it happens more often because my three year old brother for some reason likes going into my room and I always see him sit on top of which is confusing) the other issue is that when I would open YouTube through chrome, after maybe thirty minutes of watching videos, the screen would glitch and freeze. I’d have to constantly restart my computer since I usually use YouTube to listen to music but eventually I power washed it and now it’s working like new again, this started maybe a month after buying it. I still have good space and in my opinion you pretty much get you pay for, it’s affordable and doesn’t get laggy or slow by having multiple tabs open. The graphics are pretty decent. I definitely recommend for school.

I got this originally for use with my 3D printer and found out this is much more than I expected. It’s quick and very useful for doing light work and maybe some medium work load.

At first I thought I would have to bring it back. I love the smaller size, however I was used to using the number pad on the side. I was having issues with the computer locking up (no ctrl, alt, delete) to use. Therefore, I had to shut the computer off. I've learned that I open certain website in "Incognito" mode and they work fine. My gmail sometimes does the "Aw snap" screen but I refresh and it helps.

Just what I wanted. Great value. Easy to use, nice size. A little on the heavy side, but fun color was a bonus.

Great quality. Heavier than expected considering the cheap price point. Nice rigid build. I bought 4 of these units for business and they work great. Simple security setup. Requires Gmail account to operate. Touch screen, plus fold backwards for tablet use only. easy to setup email. Has google play.
