Very nice laptop for this money, of course it is not a high end laptop, but good enough quality for basic things. I bought for my 13 years son for a school daily work, laptop very light, good size screen, DO NOT HAVE HDMI PORT ,SO YOU CAN NOT USE FOR A MIRRORING SCREEN OR CONNECT TO THE TV. NICE SOUND. BOUGHT ON DALE FIR 159$

this laptop arrived on time and upon opening the box it came in, I was pleasently surprised to find that even though it has plastic case it does not feel cheap or flimsy. I use this laptop for email, shopping, youtube, and its perfect. If your reading this and are considering the purchase of this laptop, I would say -for the price you cant go wrong.

Love this lap top!! This lap top is worth the money. When buying a printer make sure its compatible with your computer first.

I was looking to save money. The employee recommended an open box purchase which was a wonderful suggestion, great computer. No scratches this was a brand new computer customer return, geek squad check.

I love this Chromebook! It is lightweight and super fast. It has a backlit keyboard feature which I really appreciate. I had a little bit of an issue connecting it to my Windows HP printer, but I finally figured it out--just had to locate the IP address for the printer and entered it manually. It holds a charge for a LONG time--I think I have only charged it twice since I've had it. I highly recommend this Chromebook.

I would have given it excellent rating but the screen bezel has a crack, I wish I had seen it earlier and got the item replaced. Pros and Cons listed below. Pros: Intel celeron 4020 does make a huge difference in performance compared to the older ones. I have quite a few chromebooks - 7 in total over the last few years and I do see a huge performance increase compared to my other chromebooks with same RAM but older processors. Really good screen, and decent speakers Backlighted keyboard is such a game changer, I wish even lower end chromebook manufacturers start providing it. I actually bought this chromebook for keyboard backlight to use at night Good battery life I am a huge fan of chromebooks, and this chromebook is another good device for basic computing, actually nowadays you can do more than basic computing with chromebooks. I have convinced multiple family members/friends to switch to chromebooks over the years and they all love it. Cons: The only con is the broken bezel, I take good care of all my devices so having a broken bezel on a brand new device does bother me, I wish HP and BestBuy had quality checks to catch broken bezels before they are sold to customers. Being a brand new item I never thought it could have a broken part, else would have checked it on day 1 and exchanged it. With the broken bezel I am a little worried about how long this chromebook will last. My other chromebooks have lasted well beyond chrome os update expiration dates .

Great little laptop! I love the white and the lighted keyboard! I'm still learning features of my first Chromebook, having always used windows based computers. It supplements a 17" HP Pavilion Laptop circa 2013. I wanted to update with something fast, small and very portable. So far I love it! The audio is amazing for watching YouTube vids or just listening to music - which was my primary criteria in buying this laptop. My other HP also has superb Dolby sound which is why I stayed with HP for the Chromebook. I highly recommend so far!

I am very happy with my purchase of this Chromebook. It truly has an all-day battery, even streaming music. The keyboard is backlit. The screen has decent quality, if not quite up to the resolution found on a MacBook (which costs 3x more). The dual USB-C ports on either side are convenient. This connected instantly with my Canon wireless printer. The upgraded onboard speakers sound very good for built-in sound. Like all Chromebooks, it starts up very quickly and is responsive. The keyboard has a nice feel too. Overall an excellent buy.

This chrome book is awesome. It was very reasonable, starts right up, fast as hell. I installed a quality 128gb micro SD card for additional non-cloud storage. Move ahead with one of these, no brainer! the lit keyboard is a huge bonus too.

This is a great laptop to have while traveling. It gives you more than a smartphone without dragging a desktop around. It handles the essentials like email, web surfing, photos, streaming movies and music, remote conferencing and typing an occasional letter. I don't need a fully-loaded Macbook or Windows laptop. The Chrome OS and whatever apps I use are in the cloud, like my phone, so it's all maintained and updated by Google and whatever developers I choose to work with. Plus I like the Overview key which gives me the ability to switch between virtual desktops, just like the Debian Linux desktop that I use at home. The low price is advantageous too because if the worst should happen --loss due to theft or damage -- I'm not out a lot of money and my data stays secure.

Buying this laptop was a very good idea. This Chromebook is light weight, Nice looking and sleek. One problem is since it is white, Grease, sweat, and others get stuck on it and are never coming off. The lid and screen get scratched easily too.

So far, so good. I haven't used *every* potential option on it yet, but it seems to be working fast enough for my liking (no notable drag and whatnot). This is my first personal PC outside of office computers since I've been on the other kind since the mid-nineties, so there is a learning curve as some things are counter-intuitive to me as a result, but I thought I'd give this a shot since it was cost-effective and I needed really only for internet access and writing on the go. I haven't had it long. It seems a bit sensitive with opening new pages or going back and forth in that department when I haven't intended, but again that might be my unfamiliarity with this OS. I like it, though, but I am also relatively easy to please. I looks nice, is light, has a good-sized screen, has the keyboard backlighting, and I can hear video fine on the rare occasions I've watched something on Youtube so far. I do recommend it at this time. Great buy for the price, absolutely.

It's OK for the low sale price I paid, but I prefer a FHD display. The screen is fine for movie watching, but text isn't as crisp for lots of reading. And the sound isn't as good as my previous Chromebook, either (to be fair, my previous Chromebook was double the price). We purchased two of these, and my husband loves his; he doesn't mind the display at all. They perform well, and we have no issues with connecting to WiFi, Bluetooth headphones, or printer after the initial setup. I like the sleek design, battery life, and backlit keyboard, but will pay more for 1080p.
