A: Hi Carl and thanks for your great question. This laptop comes with Windows 10 in S Mode. Windows 10 in S mode is a version of Windows 10 that's streamlined for security and performance while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from the Microsoft Store and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. You can turn off S mode in the settings and the computer will convert to Windows 10 Home at no charge.
Q: Can the RAM be upgraded to 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB
A: You can upgrade this laptop up to a maximum memory capacity of 16GB. It has 2 slots that will allow up to 8GB each.

Q: Can you game on this laptop
A: Thanks for the question. This is not a gaming computer. You can do some light gaming with it. While you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite and most other popular titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) for pc gaming.
