Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It helps with her schoolwork and she has learned to navigate it pretty well.

The laptop works really well. I wanted the numeric pad and larger screen and this was it. My only complaint was the title description. I was looking for an actual laptop, not Chromebook so was surprised when I opened the box to see it labeled as a Chromebook. That detail was further in the description, that I happened to miss when I ordered it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

For the price, this was a great but! I didn't need a ton of storage, just something to access G-docs and a few software applications. This Chromebook is fairly fast. I use it to surf, write correspondence, banking and of course Google docs. The plus is the speed and not needing extra security (thanks Google) and the drawback is the Storage space. For $200,.use an external storage if you need to.

That laptop is amazing... When I think about the processor before buying I thought it was just going to be Normal, but... That chromebook is really fast, google has done an amazing job with that operating system, a new era is coming and Microsoft should be worried about. The screen quality is Full HD, sounds quality is good... I am happy with.

AWESOME Chromebook. It did the job for my son who needed to get school assignments completed. We had no issues with the speed or display of images. With the Intel Pentium Silver processor and 8GB of RAM, this Chromebook handles daily tasks with ease — browsing, video streaming, online documents, and light multitasking all run smoothly. It's not meant for heavy-duty tasks like video editing, but for what it is, it delivers solid performance with minimal lag.

This is an excellent Chromebook. We get good reception from our Wi-Fi even out on the deck. It’s got an automatic update expiration that’s about seven years out, which is very good. Plenty of speed and memory. The only thing to consider is that the keyboard feels a little smaller than a 15 inch computer would normally have because it has the numeric keypad on the side. If you don’t think you would use the numeric keypad much, you might consider a keyboard without one because it gets a little squeezed on the QWERTY side.

So far so good. I would say that this is the best Chromebook we have purchased. The size is fantastic and the price point (open box) was incredible. Considering it was listed as having visible damages, none were found and it looked outstanding. Performance is right where it should be for general browsing and lower end data entry work.

Love this computer, As a person who has a Gmail account and uses it for everything, this is essential for my computer needs. It does everything I need to do that's tied to my account. It holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time and it's being enough for me to edit documents on without me having to squint. I love it.

The picture is beautiful and it’s a nice size laptop. However the battery dies so fast it is insane. I turn it on to do some work, or watch one episode, or just surf the internet for a few minutes. The battery will literally be halfway drained within 20 minutes and will need to be charged again within the hour. I closed the laptop after watching a show and went to bed for the night. When I woke up my laptop was completely dead. It was nearly fully charged and closed when I put it down the night before. I need to use this for my online college class soon and it is going to be frustrating being a stressed out nursing student with a laptop that dies every hour or two.

It is a decent computer, can run low-intensity games, fairly large area to rest hands, which also means a large screen. It also has 2 charging ports, which means if on breaks, you can use the other and also change how you store it as well. It does not charge from both ports, however. Still, it is worth the price, and would recommend the geek squad subscription in case it does break.

Bought for my daughter in college. Replacing her old chrome book. She says this one is faster and can be used for her school work. Plus she uses for streaming Netflix and other streaming apps. She really likes it. Buy the extended warranty. Covers accidental damage, especially useful for college kids.

Nice Laptop, 8GB of RAM is nice, biggest downside is the 64GB of onboard storage although if you're storing everything in the cloud this will be a non-issue. This is great for an on-the-go laptop.

Had a wonderful experience at the store. I went in looking for a laptop. All i knew is that i wanted HP. I knew absolutely nothing about specs and processors etc. The gentlemen that helped me asked questions and patiently explained the differneces in laptops based on the brand I wanted, my price range and what i needed it for. I am 100% happy with this laptop. Battery life is excellent and the speed is great.

Didn't realize it was a Chromebook. Couldn't get all my favorites to transfer over. It has it's limitations.

I bought this laptop to help my father pay bills online. We do not use it to stream or browse at this point. It’s fast, easy to use, and we are very happy with it!

Exactly what I needed - big and clear screen, easy to run multiple tabs and keep all my google docs organized. I only use it for personal use and it's been great!
