Wish I knew that setup was impossible without an Outlook email. We have ours through GoDaddy and it wouldn't recognize it and has been increasingly difficult to navigate getting that on our laptop. It also runs really slowly? We are already seeking support on it.

So slow. Web pages don't load until you are on the tab. Then, it still takes forever to load. Much slower than my previous laptop.
