This was a deal of the day sweet purchase. I returned it simply because the last thing that I needed was another laptop. I couldn't pass up the price and bought it just in case someone in the family may be in need for one.

Great laptop to replace my old laptop. I like the silver color of the laptop, makes it looks very sleek. The battery life is pretty good on it and the charge time is pretty fast.

I was looking for a laptop that had a decent size screen, decent amount of storage, with windows OS, and this HP delivers. I love this laptop for simple everyday tasks with work or for just browsing the internet. Its fast, reliable, and lightweight. The solid state drive is the cherry on top.

The best laptop so far, it is so pretty I bought one for my wife to use. Easy setup and never had an issue, light and I love the backlit keyboard.

I've always owned HP desktops, so getting one as a laptop made sense. I purchased this one on sale, mostly to use when I travel (and replacing an ancient iPad). Price was the overriding factor, as it was something I would likely use just a few times a year. Trying it out for a few weeks at home shows no problems. A Zoom call was handled OK (the camera quality a bit less clear than on my desktop, but good enough), it was easy enough to transfer needed files over and download programs I want while on the road. The only downside is the size - and obviously, smaller laptops are available, just not at the price point of this one. This concern is due more to having the convenient iPad for so long, but having a full-sized keyboard on this laptop will outweigh that in the long run I suspect. For a basic, no-frills laptop with limited memory and storage, this fits the bill. If you are doing a lot of gaming or memory-intensive tasks it would likely not work for you. But it will surely handle school work, checking email on the road, and all the other tasks you would expect.

I have been searching for a new laptop for a while. I wanted something for general every day use that was simple to use and not too expensive. After doing a lot of research I decided to go with this HP. So far I’m very happy with the laptop. Set up was easy, it’s fast and I like the screen size. It’s a little bigger than the 14” which makes it easier to see and it’s still lightweight and portable. I’m not a gamer, just need a reliable every day use laptop and so far I’m happy with this product. I used to use another brand for many years but had a bad experience in the past and decided I’m ready to switch over to HP. Overall I do recommend this laptop and I used the delivery from Best Buy and was happy with that as well!

This little machine worked in a pinch. Needed a computer to do some reports and routine web surfing as my old machine died. I looked at some higher end models but I’m so glad I saw this one. It has a sleek modern design and feel. Very lightweight. Has enough power for average tasks. Would make a great gift for a person that doesn’t do any gaming. It is upgradable. It also gave me a free upgrade to windows 11 home which is a definite plus. You can’t go wrong with HP. Oh and battery life is great I average 8 hours

I HAD BOUGHT HIM THE TOUCH SCREEN ONE, AND IT CRACK CAUSE HE DROP IT, BUT I MUST SAY FOR THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING HE DOES ALL HIS SCHOOL WORK AND HE JUST STARTED HIGH SCHOOL ITS THIN BIG SCREEN AND TILL NOW ITS WORK PREFRECTLY

I'm have been enjoying my new HP notebook for about 2 weeks and can confirm its speed and storage capacity are great for my at-home uses. I especially recommend it for persons who are more familiar with S Mode. My only disappointment at this time is (if I understand correctly) that if I switch out of this HP model's default S Mode and use apps not available from Microsoft Store, I can never switch back to S Mode on this computer if I change my mind in the future.

It’s very nice laptop but has a very low storage. But that was fine with me because I only needed it for school work.

This is a good laptop for someone my age (43) because it is easy to use and comes with a good warranty. i find this laptop to be durable, light weight and it looks modern and sleek. If I had to pick a downside to it, I would say the screen clarity could be better. I would recommend this laptop, I have had absolutely no trouble with it, if I did Best Buy has a great support staff to help me with any issues I may have.
