I purchased this laptop for my college assignments and personal work, it was worth every dollar its been 1.5 year since I purchased this laptop and it still works the best its battery life is very good and additionally I received 1 year free Microsoft Office which saved me more money. Thanks alot

I got this laptop without doing my homework last minute. I have been nothing short of pleased. It stays charged for a good amount of time, no lags, many cool things available on the laptop!

Purchased this laptop for web browsing and slow paced games. This one is fine for what we use it for, It is lightweight and the screen is good size . The one feature we do not care for is the S mode which is standard on this item. The S mode is Microsoft security feature which limits you to only the Apps in the Microsoft store. We took advantage of the op out option.

I needed a laptop to use in addition to my regular desktop. I didn't want anything fancy--just a workhorse to surf the Internet and send emails. This laptop works nicely for those purposes, and I am sure that it can do more than what I am using it for. I was especially pleased that it came with Windows 11 already installed. I am still using Windows 10 on the desktop, so it was nice to get a feel for the new system with this laptop. It was very easy to set up; did that all my myself. The only problem that I encountered was that I could not download the Chrome browser until I shut down "S Mode." That's not hard to do, and S Mode is too restrictive if one wants to download apps that cannot be found in the Windows store.

Fast processor and it handles the workload very well. The only things is that there 8s no backlit for the keyboard. I think that should come standard with i5 processor laptops.

Great little laptop for my son to use in middle school. For the price it has everything he needs and more for school. I'm surprised at how durable it is.

My computer was set up on 01/31. I really like the lap top. The Geek installer was awesome. He made sure that every thing was totally explained to me to the point that I understood and could use the independently with out him. It has been difficult for me at age 77. he installed programs for me on 2 computers and and made sure that all of the data was transferred to my new lap top. I am so grateful for his service. I could not have completed this project with out John.(name)

I have always bought gaming rigs and items with a lot of juice but wanted to get my wife a laptop and got one of these on sale. Overall i was concerned 8 gb of RAM wouldnt be sufficient but i must say so far the computer is very quick and handles web navigation and Office Apps with ease. Thought I may need more ram but this computer seems to be great.

My old surface was out of storage and to slow . I got this to use for college. Its fast has plenty of storage and did everything i needed. Now my daughter uses it for homeschooling.

I have been buying HP machines since my first desktop, and this is my third laptop (they've been lasting about 5 years each). I was apprehensive about Windows 11, but I've had zero problems with it! I do think Windows 10 has more flexibility, however. I did waiver the "S" mode and I'm running Google Chrome. This machine is probably the last that has the home keys (F & J) marked with the raised dash; I'll sure miss them when I buy my next one. I do wish the letters on the keys were darker or that it had a lighted keyboard, but I'm managing okay. My only complaint is that it gets really hot underneath, so I have it on a cooling pad (had to do the same with the last one, also). Since the cooling pad plugs into the laptop, it runs the battery down really fast, so it has to be charged frequently. Other than that, it was an easy set up and has been running like a charm!
