First of all the device didnt seem to match the description (dimensions). Second, it wouldn’t complete the set up process. I spent 2 hours on the phone with support & they told me to return it. Ill let you know how that goes.

I originally ordered a 14" HP laptop but found the screen too small. I returned it, no problem. I bought this 15.6" laptop and am very happy with it. Lots of memory so I can keep a bunch of apps open. Backlit keyboard, simple setup. Battery life not as long as new but good enough. I'd buy it again.

We got this laptop for an employee's anniversary of being at the company. Laptop was delivered on the 1st of June and was gifted on the 19th. We were unaware of the 15 day return period and can no longer return. You cannot get past the set up stage, as the laptop was previously owned by Ericsson and you need to be their employee to log into the "portal" in the set up stage. We have called every customer service person linked to the laptop (Best Buy, HP, Ericsson, and Joy Systems) . No help. Waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE.
