Great laptop! I've had HPs for several years now because even when they get old and start to fail me, they're still better than other brands. THIS laptop still managed to exceed my expectations. I normally buy extra RAM to upgrade my laptops for speed, but the 16GB in conjunction with the Core i7 processor makes this thing FAST! I won't need to automatically upgrade my RAM this time because it is already just as fast, if not faster, than my last 32GB RAM laptop.

My previous laptop was on its last leg, and this one seemed like the best value plus an upgrade on space, graphics and processor! Setup was super easy and painless, and I like that it has a full keyboard still (number pad) unlike others. My only complaint for any new Windows computers is that Windows 11 S-mode does not allow you to download non-Microsoft sanctioned programs. I’m an artist and use various programs for digital art, so this was a problem. Fortunately you can shut S-mode off, but Microsoft says this puts your computer at risk and you can never change it back. I find it a bit disturbing that as an independent small business owner I would have to jump through hoops like this to keep doing my job without spending thousands of dollars, or just as a regular computer to not be able to download independent games, but I digress. As a laptop it’s perfectly great and good value for the money. (I couldn’t even download my Razer mouse without shutting S mode off!) And of course the BestBuy employee was very helpful in store.

Purchased this laptop to replace my old HP laptop that still works but it's and old system and a bit slow now. This one exceeds my expectations with speed and ease of use. Great laptop for me traveling for work and watching netflix while on plane or waiting at airports.

Very light and easy to use, the keyboard is very soft , and fast

I’ve been using the HP laptop for college work. The screen resolution is adequate, RAM speed is great. You do have to purchase a microsoft membership for full access to its apps :/. It does have a built in antivirus software so if you are planning to use Lockdown Browser, you may have to temporarily remove it in order to download it. Its lightweight but the screen is wide enough to be comfortable to stare at for hours writing an essay or watching a series on hulu. Keyboard doesn’t light up. Touch screen. Video/Microphone available. It can be a little loud at times, I personally don’t mind it but just letting you know. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

I love my laptop. It moves so quickly and I love that its a touch screen. Would definitely recommend especially since I ordered again and got the same exact computer for my daughter. She loves it and was super happy.

I love this laptop, it has a really great and fast processor and also the hard drive has a good amount of storage. It came with a warranty through the manufacturer which is also helpful. The screen is big enough but no to large and it's an overall great size. I got it on sale too so really happy with this purchase!

This thing is a powerhouse. I purchased this for recording guitar. It runs the software seamlessly with no latency from my audio interface. Little above my price range, but hey, what isn't these days? 5 stars

I got this as a open box item. I've had zero problems it's a touch screen and I don't think I'll need to touch this thing for the next 4 years or so. Using it for school work and the Hub no issues. L...o...L (-;

Win 11 drove me to upgrade my laptop. This one is so much faster with the 16 gb sdram (previous laptop had 4). Touchscreen is a nice feature, but don't use much with excel & other software I use. A must-have feature was a keypad. No dvd drive. But you can one if really needed for about $40. This also makes the laptop a little thinner & lighter. Setup was easy. I had to switch out of the "s-mode" of win11 due to one of my programs. That was just a matter of checking an ok box when installing the program.

This is a great HP laptop that I highly recommend. The setup is so easy. It is fast and the battery lasts a long time. It has just enough storage for what I need at this point. It is lightweight and easy to carry around in the laptop case I also bought. The graphics are great for everything I use it for and the camera is very good. Best choice for a smaller size laptop.
