Smooth, frequent updates, touch screen and large size. I’m happy with it; so far so good!

I’m currently a student at Post University, and when my school laptop (an Asus) didn’t arrive, I received a reimbursement to purchase my own. I went straight to Best Buy, and I’m so glad I did! I found this HP 15.6-inch touchscreen laptop on sale, and it’s honestly been the best decision I could’ve made. From day one, it’s been fast, smooth, and reliable — everything a college student needs. I use it for classes, research, and even some creative projects, and it’s handled it all effortlessly. The touchscreen is super responsive, which makes taking notes or working on assignments even easier. The setup was quick, the staff at Best Buy were super helpful, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. Since then, this laptop has been my daily driver with zero issues. If you’re a student or just someone looking for a dependable, affordable laptop that performs way above its price, this HP is the one. It’s made college life so much smoother for me — 10/10 recommend!

I love my laptop. I’m an HP fan. The touchscreen is wonderful. I didn’t have to make any adjustments to the sensitivity. Screen is a decent size and the computer itself is very light weight.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who needed it for her freshman year of college. It has everything she needs and then some for her college education. She loves it. She also bragged that it plays games well also. I am very proud that I chose the best for her needs.

This laptop runs very well. I use it for online gaming (World of Warcraft) and my online business. Very responsive and quick. The only thing is that it heats up quickly. Other than that so far so good.

Easy to use. Great touchscreen. Quite keyboard. Good price.

Great price , touchable and fast, very easy to set up

I bought this HP and have been incredibly pleased with the ease of using it, it's reliability, and it's very light to carry around. I had bought another brand 3 years ago that literally fell apart for the time I owned it. I will never buy another brand other than HP.

Really great laptop the only thing I don’t like about it is how Microsoft keeps sending me stuff about better deals and other things. Also the time is an hour late though I don’t really mind it. Still trying to figure out its other features.

I love this lap top except for the fact I didn’t realize till I got home that the speakers were located on the bottom. I have to use a speaker to have the sound louder.

It’s Great so far my daughter loves it <3 The touchscreen works perfectly. The performance is great. The AI is Annoying, but aren’t they all haha XD

Wonderful lil laptop for my field work. It runs all the appropriate applications and software we use for our work in the field and is very user friendly. Was a breeze to set up.

Excellent condition and it runs smoothly! Great computer for daily tasks

I love Best Buy and also only use HPs and the Memorial Day sale was greatly discounted products!! My old laptop broke and I needed a new one

The open box sale disappointed me a bit. A week later i saw the same product NEW for sale on amazon for a lower price. Also, I expect open box units to be a couple months old and the one I received was over a year old. It was in good shape. I had to reinstall windows 11 as apparently one driver i added with an app froze it up beyond recovery. I am sitting with the unit I bought and it is working fine.

Excellent laptop, good price. My son is using it at university and is enjoying it. We recommend the product.

Really good computer, and love that it’s touch screen and affordable.

I paid under $300 bucks for a Hp computer that hve a webcam and touch screen, need I say more?
