Features not as advertised-

Ordered this new laptop specifically because it stated it allows 2 external monitors. After a week of troubleshooting and purchasing every new cord and adapter I was told by Geek Squad that in fact DOES NOT allow 2 external monitors as advertised. Now I have to drive 2 hours to an actual store to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
