This laptop has been an absolute game-changer for me! The first thing you notice is the massive 17.3-inch screen—it feels almost like working on a desktop monitor, but with the convenience of portability. Watching Netflix, working on documents, or even just scrolling the web feels so much better on such a spacious display. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor is fast and responsive—I can run multiple programs, join Zoom calls, and stream music without the laptop slowing down. The 512GB SSD makes everything lightning quick, from starting up in seconds to opening apps instantly. Plus, I have plenty of storage for files, photos, and videos without needing an external drive. I also love the sleek silver design—it looks stylish and modern. The keyboard is big and comfortable, which is perfect for me since I type a lot. My old laptop was obsolete. I was unsure of what to replace it with. The staff at Best buy were very helpful in making a decision about a new laptop. It surpasses my old laptop in every way. It's lightning fast. The screen is larger and sharper. The definition and color are amazing. The price was about one third of my old one. I opened a Best buy credit account and got all kinds of benefits with my purchase. An extended warranty and the Geek Squad to name a few. I'm not worried about any of my major appliances going belly up. I know I'll get a quality replacement at a great price at Best buy.

Great computer for our family! We bought this HP computer a few months ago and it’s been great so far. It runs fast, starts up quickly, and handles all our daily tasks without a problem. The screen looks sharp, and the battery lasts most of the day.

Very nice screen size, keyboard offer a nice response, the processor is fast and a full charge lasted me over 8 hours with constant use with maybe a total break of 30 minutes. I use my stand alone monitor for display but on the go, its a very large screen but isnt bright or recommended for someone who wants to use the built in screen for games or watching movies (external monitor is best).

This laptop was everything I needed for work! This is not designed for gaming, so don't purchase thinking you'll be able to do so. Battery life is okay, usually get about 5 to 6 hours on a full charge, so make sure if you're a constant office user like me, take your charger with you. On the flip side, the battery saver option is great for longevity, almost double your life, but performance is greatly reduced, so you can adjust the settings to meet your needs on that. Screen size is big for a laptop, so that's been great to zoom in a little without compromising all visuals on the page! Overall, if you're using this only for work, like with Microsoft Office, emails, zoom calls, and everything in between, this has been amazing!

Love this HP 17.3" Full HD laptop with Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, and 512GB SSD in Natural Silver. The big 17.3" display is fantastic for multitasking—docs, spreadsheets, and streaming all at once feel spacious and comfortable. The Ryzen 5 handles everyday tasks smoothly, and the 512GB SSD keeps boot times quick with plenty of room for files. 8GB RAM covers typical mixed use without drama. The Natural Silver finish looks sharp, the keyboard is comfy for long sessions, and battery life is decent for a full day of work or study. All told, a solid value if you want a large, reliable daily driver.

I was out of town and my laptop broke. Had to get a replacement ASAP. Went into a local Best Buy and they had this laptop on sale. At just around $380 it is a steal of a deal. It has a very large screen for using multiple windows, a number pad for those that use excel a lot, and enough power for me to have Word, Excel, Bluebell, and multiple internet browsers open. Would definitely recommend as a budget friendly powerhouse.

It’s decent, I bought it for sims gameplay and it’s very glitchy with MOD and CC download. But for work it’s standard ! When playing I keep the charger plugged in other wise the batter life is decent too. Could possibly get away with no charging for like a day maybe a day and a half doing basic work tasks. It’s fast like I said outside of game play, and the display is also standard.

I love this computer. It's lightweight but powerful. I work from home and run two side business from this laptop and it still runs smoothly and swiftly.

The laptop has great performance, it's definitely a huge upgrade from the laptop I had previously. I appreciate how fast and reliable it is and it has plenty of space for the person I bought it for, it made for an amazing gift.

It’s a great laptop, it’s really fast, I can do what I needed to do, apart from gaming…which isn’t strong enough for games like GTA V, I’ve had an issue with the first laptop that I’ve gotten from here, and it was a charging port defect, so I had it exchanged for another one and now the second one has a “Key chatter” issue, where it would type extra letters whenever I had typed something, so to combat it, I’d have to type slow in which I should not have to…maybe this one should be exchanged too?

Excellent price, processing speed is high, internet connection fast, and data is robust. Pad is easy to use and responsive, and the screen is wonderful! Fast refresh, robust colors and perfect clarity! Great Buy at Best Buy!

Good laptop, if you don't mind the size as it can be a bit cumbersome to lug around. It lags sometimes when I play videos and the speaker does some weird static thing(I dont have my volume at max) but the battery lasts long and honestly its pretty fast charging and processing if you use it for office only. I put my hand and pens in the photo for better size comparison

This was better than expected as I had my wife pick one out and the size of it is great and runs awesome.
