My dealings with BestBuy have always been excellent. I go there first when I'm looking for something. Needing toner cartridges, I went to the store to get the black one but had to go on-line to get the cyan and magenta. BB gave me the option of home or store delivery. I chose store so the packages would not be left on my doorstep. My only issue is with HP. I can't get my iMac to authorize them. HP's software offers me two choices: do not authorize or cancel the authorization. HP may make good product, but their software sucks.
