I only use original toner for my laser printer. I have not had any issues with the original cartridges.

A new printer for me; great printer. The cartridges are expensive but when you print like me, it is worth every penny. Actually, I save money with this instead of the little cartridges.

Even if they are more expensive I use only HP brand toner cartridges in my printer. I was able to purchase the one I needed at Best Buy for less than anyplace else and the young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able too take me to the correct place in the store to find it.
