Customer Ratings & Reviews

This toner works great in my laser printer. My last toners kept me going for over a year.

I've been using HP Printer cartridges for many years. I'm always satisfied with the color and clarity. I mostly make greeting cards with my printer. I'm happy with the results!

It is so easy to install. The ink is very crisp ans smooth.

Great product. The ink is great and set up is easy!

Was thankful to have the ability to purchase this product in store rather than wait for a delivery. These laser jet inkjet cartridges always provide excellent quality.

Delivers clear crisp high quality prints. Capacity stated as 1200 prints. Easy to install; take out of the box and insert. comes with prepaid mailing labels to send the cartridges back for recycling. A little expensive tho.

When I went in Best Buy at first, I couldn’t find the product. I asked to Best Buy worker and instantly they took me to the exact product. I wanted when I grabbed it. I thought it was gonna be pretty expensive. I’ve seen some stores taxing on this product but now the price is fair and I’ve had no issues.

Quality HP product. Easy to install. Functions well. Allows for old cylinder recycling. Unfortunately, the price is totally outrageous.

HP Black toner cartridge is a very good product, but the price is really too expensive.

The HP Laserjet toner cartridge lasts a long time, is easy to install and is readily available at Best Buy.

Work as designed no issues with replacing them or use. Would purchase again.

Easy to replace and fast no mess and it easy to return the empty one

I appreciate the fact that we can order online and receive the product quickly. I've never had to return anything so far and love the service I receive every time I'm in the store. Thank you Best Buy for you great service to our community!

Great value for $$. Lasts long. Great quality ink. Great product

I've been using HP Color Laser Pro cartridges for many years. The results have been consistently high quality. I make greeting cards in vivid colors. These cartridges bring my drawings to life in full color. Yes, they are expensive, but the final product in incomparable!

It's exactly what my printer needed; it was also easy to install. I already have the other 3 cartridges waiting to be installed, soon printer will be good as new.

With laser printers there is only one choice per color per printer model. If its the right one, it's no better or worse than the others on the shelf. I'd recommend it over buying the wrong one.

I bought a black cartridge from Best Buy. It was expensive but works well.

Quality printing. A bit on the expensive side. Debated getting this one or the 218X. I opted for this one and now I have to buy them again. Will opt for the X version and hopefully it will last me a bit longer

Excellent, even while costly. Better than the ink toner was the excellent, curteous, and immediate addistance I received as I attempted to search gor the ink toner in the huge Westminster Best Buy store on Sheridan, just Nirth of 92nd Ave. The young lady that helped me is a fantastic rep for Beat Buy.
