I purchased the floor model, in which case the packaging was a plastic bag with no manual and just the essentials. The setup was very self explanatory, as someone with minimal tech experience it was super easy and guides you right through. The screen clarity is gorgeous. I mostly do school work and play Stardew Valley/Sims. It’s absolutely perfect! It runs fast. There’s lot of storage. For a beginner like me, (this is my first desktop since the 2000s) it’s a wonderful computer. I love the all in one feature.

I am in love with my new all one HP computer!! The sleek design of the monitor haves it a professional look and the processor is so fast I can’t keep up. The images displayed are bright and vivid and although I paid more than I wanted for it, I’m happy with it’s performance.

This is one of the better computers I’ve ever bought reasonable price. All now is a very nice computer and I would recommend us to anybody else that works with desktop computers. And I really love the size of the screen easy to see easy to work Hi

This was a great buy. Open box missing one CTRL key which is no problem. The Monitor is somewhat wobblily but once it is setup you should not have to move that. Setup up was quick and easy at home. Definitely will go back to buy another PC. This is great for my son that is disabled but can type one handed to send out and receive messages. Research is great for him since he cannot work.

Totally awesome desktop, nice big screen, very clear, and speed is perfect. I do miss the wireless charging stand my black one had, but not a deal breaker.

Great computer for what I need it for. I am going back to school online for a master's as well as launching a podcast. This computer does all the things I need it to do and probably more than I am aware of. Just know you have to plug in the usb-c piece that is in the mouse to get the mouse and keyboard to work, but since it is touch screen you don't have to have it plugged in to get the computer up and running.

My 15-year-old tower desktop computer was on its last legs. It was very slow and disconnected from the internet frequently. I was unable to install Windows 11. I researched several makes and models and decided on the HP All-In One. That was the best decision I made in a long time. I had the Geek Squad set it up and transfer my programs and files. Everything transferred flawlessly. This computer is very fast. I'm a very satisfied customer.

As Always HP comes through. This was plug and play no hassle to set up. Working great. My 4th all in one. You won't be disappointed.

This is my 2nd HP All-in-one. Sadly, the first aged out after 10 years. I love the uncluttered desk top and wide screen. I do wish the ports were more numerous and accessible. The ports are at the rear while the older model had several on the side.

I've always loved HP computers. I work from home and I wanted a desktop. I love pink so I switched out the keyboard. But the keyboard provided works well. I have my screen lowered in this pic but you can adjust it as you like. I also like that the screen tilts. Setup was very easy. So far so good.

My HP touchscreen desktop has been a pleasure to use for the little time I’ve had it. Very easy setup and the system requires little desk space. As for the performance, It comes on and performs all the tasks necessary quickly.

It’s a great computer. It’s a big screen so make sure you have room in your desk. Now from someone that doesn’t know anything but certain programs I am going to have to learn how to use it.

This is my second hp full had my first was before covid. This one ended up going on sale a week after I got it they gave me 250 back off 1200 dollar computer so I’m very happy still using the older model

This all-in-one is NICE! The touchscreen is very useful. The colors, graphics, and sharpness are amazing. It's worth it. No buyers remorse here!
