When I ordered this product only one cartridge came - not two as advertised. I called BestBuy.com and told them about the error and they overnighted me a second cartridge with no fuss whatsoever. The cartridges work perfectly in my HP 4340n after having issues with aftermarket cartridges and chip compatibility.

Ink and toner prices are crazy but this is what I needed at a fair price

The ink last and does not spills. HP always a great product

This is a 2 pack. I only got 1 toner. 4 emails and 2 phone calls later, still have not received other cartridge. Ordered 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 weeks. I am mad!!!!
