Second time I receive automatic toner delivery and 2nd time toner does not work, the printer does not recognize the cartridge. Will need to get another from another store

product works very well when printing it gives me enough copies so that I can continue to copy for my business and hope they continue to sell them a cheaper price because it helps when you don’t have money to pay for the bigger cartridge
