I doubted my choice for an ink cartridge when I failed to find it & was in the process of purchasing the one to fit my old printer when I decided to have the checker look up my previous ink purchase & found my mistake. Another person brought the proper one & returned the wrong one to the shelf. I am so thankful for the very extraordinary attention given to me.

If you read all my reviews, you would see that the last cartridge was a dud. This replaced it and worked fine. No problem with the service and delivery. But I think you should change your return policy: you can't return these cartridges if they have been unwrapped, but you can't discover they are defective until they have been unwrapped and tried in the printer.

It works really well use it to print off alot of document for aa meetings. Definitely something I thought it for somebody else
