Got a defective unit

After a month and a half or so, battery started to overheat, when I realized it, it was already showing burn marks ... contacting the seller to get this returned / replaced.

Charges like the authentic cord which I have on my desk, but use this new one for when I need to be on the go. My HP Envy still pops up a message when I plug it in that I should use an 'HP' power cord, but no big deal. Charges fast and no issues

Okay for a few months

The charger worked fine at first, although my HP Envy kept giving me a notification saying I should only use HP chargers, which confused me since I thought this was an original HP charger. I still used it anyway, but after a few months it stopped charging. I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement pretty quickly. The new one has been working perfectly so far.
