More ink for my money.

Ordered this extra amount of ink cartridge to help my ink last longer. When I put this cartridge on, it ran fine for about 30 copies of a form I needed copies of, then the black ink was replaced by a dark red color. I couldn't fix this problem so I replaced it with a regular black ink cartridge. The problem cleared up immediately, I just lost the expensive 68E cartridge because it simply didn't work. I will never use another one of these because I don't want to take a chance of the same thing happening again. I just lost the money involved as well.

Runs out too quickly

This isn't BestBuy's problem, but I can't find anywhere on HP's website, so I'll leave the review here where I bought the ink. I purchased this cartridge on March 17 and yesterday I got a low ink alert on my printer. I've printed maybe 80 pages. The product description says it will print approx. 320 pages. Maybe the ink dried out? Maybe. I don't print everyday, but I do print weekly. My previous HP printer could let the ink sit for a couple of months and I never had a cartridge dry out. I'm really considering switching to a different printer company, despite being a loyal HP customer for over 20 years.

More ink for my money.

Ordered this extra amount of ink cartridge to help my ink last longer. When I put this cartridge on, it ran fine for about 30 copies of a form I needed copies of, then the black ink was replaced by a dark red color. I couldn't fix this problem so I replaced it with a regular black ink cartridge. The problem cleared up immediately, I just lost the expensive 68E cartridge because it simply didn't work. I will never use another one of these because I don't want to take a chance of the same thing happening again. I just lost the money involved as well.
