I did not have an issue with this purchase at all. In fact I was impressed with how the purchase was online. I did not know which ink cartridge I needed and the online set asked me a few questions about my printer and like magic it selected the right options for my printer. Now the reason why I had to purchase it rather than receiving my HP Instant Ink... is a whole different review.

price very high and i bought them for the quality i can't use others compatibles ink in order to keep my printer for a long time.

Bought this 3-pack of color ink cartridges for my HP printer to see if I could get the error message to clear out, but after multiple attempt & assistance from friends that work in the IT field the printer could be no longer used. Previous purchases of the HP 902 were very good with the printer.
