Bought this at SANTA CLARITA BRANCH. Go somewhere else by the way. This particular branch is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! bought this ink and printed 40 pages of home worksheets for the kids and it RAN out, despite it saying it will yield 300 pages. I called the branch and requested if they could check on it coz it could be a defect and a female staff told me BECAUSE I OPENED IT ALREADY THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I explained to her a few times, i just bought the ink an hour ago and it was already out, but she insisted there is nothing that can be done, that i should just buy a new one! THANKS A LOT BEST BUY!!! Great service!

Runs out too fast easy to fit in printer when needed

The ink dries quickly. and is good quality. However, these types of cartridges tend to 'dry out' or evaporate over time, so they are most cost effective when used within a few months.

Ink cartridge is hopefully usable. Best Buy home delivery service Roadie a disaster. Placed order on 5/22 -for next day delivery - it never came - then got email after 9PM saying order was cancelled? 5/24 got another email from Roadie saying order would be delivered on 6/6 (2 weeks after I placed it). That never came either with no explanation. Finally got BB customer service on phone and they put order through again. It came next day via another carrier, but packing was poor. Cartridge packed in a heat-sealed flat envelope with no packing material, so it was crushed. Doesn't appear to be cracked or anything, so just hoping it will work when I install it once current cartridge is used up.

For many years I prefer, and have been happy with HP products including printers, printer ink, and computers. This ink (HP 910) provides quality copies and I love that it is available in "high yield" for big print jobs. It is super easy to load in the printer. The color cartriges provide vibrant colors also.
