Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent ink good impression. Excellent quality buy again

After purchasing the 8130 printer and ignoring the discount ink program I find the ink cartridges are nowhere near the 950 serious in capacity. Also the screen is positioned quite nicely for a 6 year old making operations cumbesome. This model will not be used in my office after the frustration factor motivates me to replace it

HP products do not work with their HP products. I bought the black ink and the HP8125e printer did not accept it. JUNK products.

This ink cartridge works perfectly with my HP printer. The text comes out incredibly sharp and dark, with no smudging or streaking right out of the box. Installation was quick and hassle-free. It’s exactly what you expect from an original HP product.

Easy to install. Works great. HP printer recognizes this as genuine replacement cartridge.

This ink cartridge works perfectly with my printer and the print quality is very sharp and clean. Installation was quick and easy, and the ink lasts longer than expected for regular home use. I’ve had no smudging or issues so far. Definitely a reliable product and worth buying again.

This ink works great with the printer. It is designed for. Prints great black color on the page. I will buy it again and again I would definitely recommend getting it. It goes a long ways.

It is not only very easy to install but also very easy to remove from the printer. Moreover, I can return the cartridge for a credit towards my next purchase of new cartridge.

hp always makes the best ink, that is efficient, and prints clearly

Good quality ink, was recommended by manufacturer.

I went to different office supply stores to obtain an HP black ink cartridge without success but luckily found one at Best Buy. The customer service was great! I have always had excellent service at Best Buy with my past purchases. The HP ink cartridge was easy to install in my printer and has provided good quality copies. Thank you!

Right out of the box, the cartridge feels substantial. HP’s recycled plastic construction doesn't feel flimsy, and the contact points are consistently clean. Installation is a "snap"—literally. It slides into the carriage of a DeskJet or Envy printer with a satisfying click, and the printer recognizes it instantly without the dreaded "non-genuine" error messages that plague generic alternatives

Great quick service. Excellent Service in Store. I was greeted with a smile and Sales Personnel went out of the way to help me. Thank you for hiring personnel with excellent customer service.

something I needed and chose Best Buy rather than mail order, more convenient.
