Over the past 20 years, have uses a fair number of printers from various brands, HP has been my go to. They finally fixed software issues with their Smart app, making this IT guy super happy in the office.

This is not necessarily a one star review of HP products but more the sloppiness of Best Buy. I have been using HP products for years. I know what their ink cartridges look like and the care taken in packaging them. The cartridges best Buy shipped me look like they were purchased at somebodys garage sale. The box was resealed and the cartridges were unrapped and unsealed in the box. Covered with dust and grime. See pics. Thanks Best Buy for time wasted. I will get my HP productd directly from them. Same price and delivery just as quick.

They have very bad service in the store, yesterday I went and bought ink for my computer and they scammed me, inside there is a different ink and I went to complain in the store and they have not helped me

HP ink has worked great for me so far. The print quality is clear, the colors come out vibrant, and I haven’t had any issues with smudging or streaks. Installation was simple and it works consistently with my printer. Overall, reliable ink that gets the job done without any hassle.

Good print quality, ease of installation but I feel the cost is overly priced considering the number of copies one gets from a cartridge.

Using original HP products obviously give higher quality results. However, I don't believe that the difference in print quality is worth the outrageously high price for the ink. If I were in a business where higher print quality was more important, I would have a higher quality printer to begin with.

This ink is the best for our machine. HP is a little pricey but it lasts and we have no problems.
