It is easy to put in and take out. The black color looks good on the white paper.

The printer cartridge is great and at a good price but the staff went out of their way to ensure quick delivery with no cost after a mistake had been made

ink for my printer is ok with quality but is too expensve. Any store generic available to keep costs down?

easy to setup and the quality of the print is fine

Doing what it suppose to do; how do you explain what a color cartridge suppose to do.

Best Buy is always reliable when you have office needs such as running out of ink !

Have used this product for about 2 years now. It produces a high quality document. The ink supply seems to be consistent from cartridge to cartridge.

I hate ink cartridges that you have to constantly refill. This one is great, put it in and watch it print, copy, etc. and it hasn't run out yet.

Works great, this is such an improvement over our previous printer.

Was available in a few days. Use HP and not knock off. Prints well.

found the ink we needed for my printer. Easy to install and use

Excellent precision in customer service delivery, when the customer sought out the availability of a cartridge.

Works like it’s supposed to! I don’t do the auto ink refill with hp because I don’t print too much Stay away from the off brand stuff

New ink for new Printer. So far the ink is working just fine, and same value as the old printer's HP Ink from Best Buy (cost wise).

Bought it and installed it and worked well for my use
