This ink lasts a very long time and I use the printer/copier all day long every day. The ink color does not smear and the final product is professional and permanent. HP made this ink cartridge easy to install and I can highly recommend.

The cyan cartridge is one of the four cartridges used on the HP 477dw all in one printer/scan/fax/copy machine that I purchased from Best Buy over 2 years ago. I have had no ink issues and all the cartridges work fine, provide very good, clear color and I would recommend this product. It has worked well for me.

Purchased a great HP printer from Best Buy last year. It requires four ink color cartridges. Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and Black. We have had excellent results with this printer and the ink that goes into it. The spray ink system works excellent and the ink color is vivid and does not smear.

These HP 972A yellow ink cartridges are an excellent product. I have had no problem with any of the colors and use them on a regular basis with my HP printer. The color is bright, vivid, and there is no smearing. They also last a long time.

We purchased the printer months ago, and have copied thousands of pages. I just bought this one to make sure we have a replacement. These cartridges are easy to use, and I would highly recommend them.

The Magenta color is very good quality and coupled with the HP Pro MFP 477 DW all in one printer/copy/fax/scanner, it is the best print quality I have ever seen.

Purchased an all in one printer over a year ago from Best Buy. This HP ink works the best in the printer and the price is right so I continue to purchase from Best Buy.

what can you say about toner. It works great and you cannot run your copier without it! That about covers it.
